The hotel was exemplary in terms of cleanliness and beauty. I received extremely respectful treatment from the staff. The hotel's facilities were spotless, the food was varied, and the evenings I spent there were a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful customer service, not only with the concierge but also the Bar Staff. Were greeted and accommodated within a few mins of arriving. Front desk also set up massage appt and food was served to my group at time we requested. The spring at the massage parlor is a tranquil space, where you enjoy juice and fresh fruit brought out to you by the staff as you lounge in the pool area.

Ma’in Hot Springs, Jordan Ma’in Hot Springs is a hidden gem nestled in Jordan’s breathtaking landscape, perfect for a short getaway. The natural hot springs are the highlight of the experience—soothing, warm, and incredibly relaxing. You can sit for hours, letting the mineral-rich waters melt away stress while being surrounded by nature’s tranquility. The resort itself, however, has its pros and cons. While the location is stunning and secluded, the rooms feel quite outdated, with vintage amenities that could use an upgrade. It’s comfortable enough for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer unless you’re okay with the old-fashioned setup. That said, the breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good, adding to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to unwind in nature, Ma’in Hot Springs is definitely worth a visit. Just keep expectations in check regarding the accommodations.

Definitely one of the best places in Jordan! The entrance fee was 15JD for foreigners and it worth way more than that. In the early morning there was no one but me and my wife, we fully enjoyed the moment. The view, water temperature and everything was perfect. Never saw anything like this in other countries.

The place should be improved more. For 10JD entrance fee there should be cleaner toilets and more than one shower cabinet that can't be closed ( the shower head is also missing). The cleanliness is also not the best. And there are no cold water pools to swim in for men. Other than that, the hot springs were very helpful for my muscle strain aches. I benefited from the hot water more than I expected.

Cons: • There weren’t many parking spaces for cars. • There is only one store that sells water and snacks at ABSURD prices, come prepared. • The water temperature was very intense by the time of visiting, didn’t swim much. • Filthy Bathrooms. • Packed with locals. Pros: • A nice experience overall, I’d advise to visit in winter when the water is a bit cooler. • Great picnic area.

In 2023, I payed 15 JOD to enter. Attention, not at the hotel, where you have the pool and spa, but only in the section where you can bathe in a thermal spring. The spring is impressive, the water is very hot, it is over 40 degrees Celsius and falls from a great height. The arrangements are minimal. Two concrete pools, a few concrete benches and some primitive changing rooms.

I’ve visited several times now over the years and I always enjoy the time spent. I had lunch at the hotel on my most recent visit, some of the options from the menu that I requested (Niçoise salad was one) was not available, but the salmon salad was a great alternative. Staff was pleasant. I normally opt for spending a day at the spa and book a massage. I enjoy the privacy of the pool/waterfall on that side. It’s not a gimmick, the waterfalls and pools are very hot lol, the sulphur does what it’s supposed to do for skin benefits as well. The pool itself could use some maintenance on the tiles when you walk down the steps to enter the pool. Other than that, I think that the hot springs is a perfect choice for a relaxing day.
