Main St

It's a really great area. Tons of shops and restaurants, a free trolley that goes up and down, it's clean, I felt safe, didn't seem too rowdy, many different options, the prices weren't outrageous everywhere. However many bars did close at 9pm.

Well. Is the historical fake Western Style facades, the heart of Park city, Beautiful memories.

This place feels like it’s right out of a magical movie. Very beautiful in the fall - the only time we have visited. They have a great variety of shops and restaurants. Very cozy and fun to just walk and hang out + grab a little bite. Love that they have high end and also fast food available!

A weekend strolling along Main Street in Park City in late February was a treat! There were a lot of beautiful alleys and stores to check out. There are so many dining options too. Definitely a must see when in Utah 🏔️

Cute street with many shops and gorgeous art galleries to admire. Parking is either along the street or various lots. An hour to two should be just right.

Had early reservations here. We were seated upstairs by a window, with a view of Main Street. The view turned out to be quite a topic of conversation as a snowstorm started and cars started sliding down main.... Even the bus service was suspended for an hour or so. This caused some in our party to be unable to make it. The staff totally understood and we carried on with our meal. The food - spectacular! My wife had the carpaccio - BRILLIANT! She also had a dinner salad that I think had some sort of mustard vinaigrette? It was delicious. I had a steak, an Australian Wagyu cut, and it was the first and probably only misstep of the night. It came out pretty well overcooked, but I mentioned it to the waitress and she promptly took care of it without any questions. The second steak was great. Very tender and cooked properly. I also had a Kentucky Mule cocktail that was tasty. We finished the meal with an after dinner coffee while watching some of the antics outside. My son had some of their "butter cake" for dessert, he gave it a "highly recommend" rating!

A wonderful dining experience for our first visit to Salt Lake City. Service was excellent, food was good and very cool vibe. Located on Main Street with a covered patio in the back is a perfect setting for an evening dinner. Honey was our server and she was awesome, very attentive. We ordered the Waygu special, salmon salad with lobster side, mussels, and butter cake. All were very good. Highly recommend.

The bison was good. The lobster add on was over grilled. The tuna pokey was good. The cauliflower with Bree did not seem to have much cheese (kind of soupy). The cauliflower was hard and the seasoning on it did not have much flavor. Sitting outside on the patio was nice. My wife liked their signature cocktail,, with whiskey, ginger, beer, and something else, I did not. Service was good.

Best part of my meal was the dessert. I ordered the skillet cookie and it did not disappoint! Our server was friendly and attentive and the ambiance is perfect for a date night or night out with friends. Bar area down stairs if you are looking to mingle. The avocado toast app was also a hit.

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. I am pretty picky when it comes to eating out and choose to prepare most of my food at home. Josh our waiter went above and beyond to make mine and my fiancés dinner experience special. He anticipated many needs that restaurant guests have. He was fast, charismatic, as well as accurate with our order. The food was healthy and flavorful. The New Zealand filet was out of this work and so was the blackened salmon salad. The atmosphere is clean, quaint and romantic. The prices are unbelievably inexpensive. Lastly, if you are finished with dinner and want somewhere fun to have a night cap downstairs is such a VIBE!

HIGHLY recommend the salmon. Service and food were both phenomenal! We sat on the patio which had an hour and a half max stay but service was speedy so didn't matter. Salmon was the best I've ever had. It put the steak to shame.

Went today with a big group and service was friendly and efficient. I tried the shishito peppers, mussels, fries, biscuit with butter since I don't eat bacon (although my meat eater friends said the bacon jam was great), and the peanut crusted salmon. Everything was delicious. The salmon was mixed with sweet and savory as it had sweet chili drizzled on the plate. Some may think it's a little sweet but the mix of flavors work. My friends has the salmon salad which was a burst of flavor but way too spicy for me and I do like spice.

Came here for a birthday while we were in town. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. We luckily scored a parking spot right out front, but I suggest parking behind the restaurant as there are a few lots. The restaurant is a lot bigger than I had initially thought. We checked in downstairs and then were escorted upstairs. Their menu was very broad in food selection but we were craving short rib it seemed like as we ordered three different dishes with short rib. The stand alone short rib dish was my favorite as the tenderness and sauce that accompanied it was delicious. However the short rib grilled cheese (more like club sandwiches) and short rib poutine were also fantastic. The chicken was really good too and we were even surprised with a birthday dessert. The service was fantastic the entire time with our waitress as well as other staff constantly checking up on us.

Probably the best meal we have had at PC! Great service great ambiance great wine list great food reasonable price! We came here a couple times during our trip! The cauliflower and Brie is to die for, husband doesn't like cooked salmon but he said that was the best salmon dish he had! They cooked it medium rare (at request) so it's very tender and not dry. Steaks always cooked to the perfect temperature! The buffalo steak hit the spot after a few days of skiing. It's lean and meaty :) Save room for dessert. The warm butter cake was heaven in the winter! If we didn't have a kid with us, I would highly recommend checking out the bar at the basement...I got a glimpse of it and a breath of all the barrels! That convinced me I will have to come back without a kid! Lol!

My first time in Park City so we tried several of the fine dining establishments but Fletchers was definitely the best. Our server Josh was a top quality person, very friendly and knowledgeable. He steered us toward the special which was the pork belly. They should put it on the menu permanently, was excellent. Everything we had was great. The chef even came out to ask us how we liked everything. If you are in downtown park city I would highly recommend this place. Prices were also very reasonable for the location and the quality. Can't say enough good things, we had a great night here. We had Pork belly (special). Get it Mussels Grilled octopus Buffalo Broccolini Short rib sandwich Biscuits Butter cake All excellent.

Fletcher's is pretty good, and I would recommend if there's no wait or if you can get reservations easily. But I wouldn't wait in line or pursue getting on a waitlist if they are booked. There are better options in town IMHO. If you do check out Fletcher's, stick with the Poutine and cheddar chive biscuits. All the entrées we tried were okay, too, but nothing to write home about. A few menu items to avoid altogether include the cauliflower (really boring) and Warm Butter Cake (kinda dry and also boring). I know everyone seems to be high on the butter cake, but it is definitely over-hyped. Again, Fletcher's is okay, but it was far from being a dining highlight during my latest trip to Park City.

Wow what an amazing dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance is top notch. Bartender Bart and our server Jon were truly amazing. The tuna appetizer as my bison steak was amazing as was my wife's lobster tail. Highly recommend visiting this classy and special restaurant when on Main St in Park City. See pictures.

Maybe I'm getting old, but fletchers was louder than expected lol. We came on a Sunday night around 7:30p and it was very lively. Food was solid though. I enjoyed a salad to start with lobster Mac and cheese for my entree. Both were delightful with no complaints. I also loved the mocktail menu (& them for having it)

Food, service and ambiance here were all five stars. The winter fletch salad with beets was amazing (this is a must order dish!) and the beef carpaccio was also very good. I really enjoyed every dish that we ordered, including the dessert. We went to the Riverhorse, which is apparently the most famous restaurant in the village, on another day but Fletcher's was so much better.

I'm updating my review with more details since I last reviewed this place 5yrs ago! I've come here several times and have not been disappointed. The food is delish. I usually get the short rib. This time I ordered the special (grouper) and the cheddar and chive biscuits with bacon jam. My husband and I also shared the mushroom polenta and fries. Again I have nothing bad to say. Their concept is farm to table and you can taste the quality in their food. They have many gluten free options. The service was great, our server took the time to answer questions and made sure everything came out right for our big group. The ambiance is nice as well, it's rustic and they have a very cool bar downstairs. I had no idea they had additional seating upstairs which is where we sat. Great place for date night or special occasions.

I was really looking forward to Fletchers and a new establishment I've never been to. Unfortunately the food missed quite a bit. The restaurant had pretty good reviews but it was over hyped I feel like from what we got. Let's start off positive. The service was good, we had no issues there. Our server was really nice and made recommendations, shared about his wife and was genuinely a nice human. The restaurant seemed cool and I didn't see it but there is a downstairs with a DJ and a bar. The food came out quick, but that was where it took a little dive. We got the biscuits. Now just coming from DC, where I have some of the most amazing biscuits, these were hard, didn't taste fresh and should have honestly just been served as the bread to be included. The jam that came with it was Smokey and a little different taste but overall that was fine. But nothing too special to be memorable. We split a bunch of things. The first was the short rib grilled cheese, it was fine but nothing grand about it and very basic. They could have did it with different bread, more meat. Something off. The next was the mussels with grilled bread. The mussels at the bottom were warm but the ones at the top were cold. The base tomato sauce that was at the bottom was actually really good. And we were told a secret hack was to dip the grilled cheese in the mussel base however why not include a side of it with the sandwich. So the different temperatures and inconsistency of the mussels again nothing grand about these dishes. The Brussels sprouts were ok. They looked grilled and crispy however were soggy and nothing special. The cranberry jam seemed out of a can. Overall I enjoyed my company and conversation. But I would not be back. Maybe I ordered the wrong things as I wanted to share but we left early and just wanted to get out of there.

Fletcher's is so cool! It's right on Main Street in Park City. It seems like the reservations are not available day off but there is a downstairs bar area which was awesome. There's a bar seating area, a few booths, and seating tables. The drinks were great and pretty unique I'd say - plus a huge wine list. Food was amazing!! And for the prices, the portions were quite big. The biscuits are an absolute must and were like a very elevated Red Lobster biscuit. The salmon salad was so unique, I loved the combo of flavors. The octopus had a sauce dripped over it that combined everything making it a must. It also had a little bit of a spicy aftertaste!

After dining at River Horse on Main, I was expecting the same type of service and quality of food and it just was not there. Our waitress forgot our bread and the only reason we even knew bread was available was because we saw another table receive a plate full. We purchased a bottle of wine and Robin was not proactive in refilling our glasses. The food was sub par. I have never had chilean sea bass on top of linguine. The fish was covered in sauce and it was overcooked. I have eaten many gluten free desserts and I was looking forward to enjoying the cookie skillet until I realized how thin it was and that I had to literally scrape the bottom of the cast iron skillet to get any of the cookie. The scallops were good and my son enjoyed his kids steak. We will visit Park City again and I am willing to give them another chance from their regular menu.

Service was quick and food was amazing. Highly recommend heading down to the basement floor to experience the warm ambiance.

5 stars for the service!! Isabel was amazing! The flavor of the food in general was just ok. Nothing terrible but a bit bland compared to other steak houses. Best thing was the Brussel sprouts and the desserts. The chocolate chip skillet tasted awesome but way too small. The ambiance is great! Loved the outdoor seating on the patio. The short rib grilled cheese was good. Overall, for the price we had higher expectations that were left unmet.

What a wonderful find! Fletcher's is off Main street and has a hidden gem of a bar downstairs. We shared the mussels, they were delicious. I had the short rib grilled cheese. Our waiter was very patience and helped with our drink and food selection. We sat upstairs near the windows and had a wonderful dinner.

Excellent and friendly service! Our server explained everything to us and made recommendations. He was very attentive. The food came out very quickly. The patio was very enjoyable! Overall a great place! We took our 10 and 13 year old and it was a great place for kids that age.

Really good options, funny jokes on kids menu, biscuits bacon jam is so good amazing!!!! Berry Lemonade good. Butter noodles amazing!!! Grilled cheese and fries - cleared my plate. Bison steak was awesome!! Zucchini purse 10/10! Deserts are soooo good get the skillet it's sooo good

Everything about this place was excellent. The service from Isabella, the friendliness of the hostesses set the standard. I ordered the blistered shishito peppers and blackened salmon salad and both were delicious. About forty peppers in an appetizer. The salad was fresh and enough for two.

Found it odd that there weren't really any sharable starters besides the biscuits and fries, particularly considering the state laws surrounding ordering food with your drinks. Biscuits were fine. Drinks were meh, the cucumber drink didn't deliver. We only stopped in for drinks and a snack, maybe the dinner experience is a bit better?

Had a fantastic dinner at the bar last week. Came in for a pre dinner drink, but the food from neighbors looked so good I cancelled other reservations. Had the wedge salad and added on some blackened salmon. Both were so good. The bartenders were fun, engaging and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to come back for a more complete meal. The fish and steaks looked incredible too.

First time here last night for dinner. The menu is different and I wasn't sure my mom would like it since she doesn't like to branch out from her typical American foods but we all loved the food!! My dad loved the peanut crusted salmon. I loved my poke salad, which was a very generous portion of vegetables too. Loved all the flavors and freshness. I wanted the Brussels to be crispier but they were still good. Loved the seared beef and buffalo with fondue cheese app. So good!! Chocolate mud pie was divine and beautiful in presentation. Short rib grilled cheese wasn't very cheesy. Busy but still fast and attentive service. Water was constantly refilled (always appreciate that!!) The atmosphere is more casual but fun. We sat upstairs. There's a bar area downstairs (21+) with more seating. Would definitely return!

We were able to get a last minute reservation for a birthday dinner on a busy night in Park City. However, for the summer, this restaurant seemed less busy than usual. It was a beautiful space, we were seated next to an open window that had a beautiful (although chilly) view over Main St. The service was slow and lackluster. Our server only visited our table once during dinner, but the support staff kept our waters full. The food was good, but pricey for the portion size (even by Park City standards.) Also, they didn't really do anything to help up celebrate our birthday. It was okay, but for a steakhouse nothing special.

My friend is visiting from NY and she had the salmon over rice, I had the salmon salad. Both were delicious. Our sever was named Honey and she was really good! The atmosphere is nice, and we chose to eat outside on the deck. I will definitely come back sometime soon. The asparagus looked amazing as we walked by someone having them.

It's named after the dog! (We wondered too, so I checked their website.) A staple and a must, the top of them menu - cheddar chive biscuits with bacon jam. You won't regret it. Maybe you'll just eat some and head to the dessert menu. Why not? The butterscotch fondue is large enough to share with 2 maybe 3 people, and is so delicious. The butterscotch flavor isn't over powering, which I feel it can be and isn't pleasing to me, but this is subtle butterscotch flavor lent to the elements you're dipping in the fondue. I recommend you fon-do versus fon-don't. If you thing you'd like some wine with dinner, chose to bring your own bottle; the cork fee is $20. We chose this option with the high mark up on alcohol in Utah. Fletcher's offers 2 floors of indoor seating and bar seating, and there's a patio if you prefer being outside. The patio looks out on Swede Alley, not Main (just FYI).

Fletchers has it all. From ambiance to food and service our large group of 9 was wowed. Our server was truly so attentive and helped guide us through the menu. We ate in the upstairs area but would have loved more time to spend in the lounge downstairs which had super cool vibes with an area for watching sports. We started with biscuits for the table and loved them and the bacon jelly they came with. For our meal we got a variety of items including short rib, short rib grilled cheese, mussels, polenta, ugly caprese salad, broccolini and fries. Everything ate clean and was delicious.

First time in park city! Came to Utah for my gfs birthday and wanted something nice for dinner. This place stood out based on the ambiance, the reviews, and the menu. Tried for over a month to get reservations and ended up being waitlisted. The day before her birthday a perfect reservation opened up and I took it. The restaurant is dimly lit, nice and warm and classy exactly what was needed after being out in the cold on the slopes all week. The food was excellent. My party shared some meals but everything was top notch. We tried the mussels for an appetizer and the sauce that comes with it could be a stand alone soup. We dined on the top floor but there's also a bar/lounge on the bottom that with more time in the city I would have loved to enjoy a drink at.

A group of us were in SLC for a conference and decided to take the afternoon to go up to Park City to check things out. Little did we know that several places would be closed but we were lucky enough to find this little gem of a place, without an RSVP. The service was wonderful and the food and drinks were amazing as well. The cheddar and chive biscuits and bacon jam and Fletchers fries were a great start, several of us had the Tuna Tower which was fresh and delicious, another had the blackened salmon salad, another the short rib grilled cheese which went down with ease of the delicious wines and cocktails. Our server Honey was attentive and helpful even with the other large group in the room. But the desserts were probably the highlight of the night... please check them out next time you're in town!

Delicious food, attentive service, and a beautiful patio setting! In summer, the doors to the patio are open so you feel like you're outdoors even if you're inside.

Wow oh wow is everything about this place great. We sat upstairs, and the view was extraordinary! The food will melt in your mouth! Great drinks and even better service!

Made a reservation for dinner for 6:30 on a Saturday and when we came in we were seated right away. We started with the Shishito peppers which were fantastic, definitely the best thing about our entire meal. I ordered the peanut crusted salmon and my husband ordered the beef short rib. Both were good, I felt like the salmon was missing something...not sure what. We went with the broccolini as a side which was great and the cauliflower which was not so great (super dry and lacking flavor). But this is why we try different things. We finished off dinner with the mud pie which was pretty good, but super frozen so it was kind of hard to spoon out of the glass it came in. Overall, we would come again even if it's just for the shishito peppers haha.

I identified Fletcher's as a spot I wanted to try when I saw the patio (which is behind the building and is hidden if you're walking by the entrance). The ambiance doesn't disappoint. It's a little hard to categorize though, is it upscale, is it casual (er high-end casual)? I'm still not quite sure. I was dressed casual and I was fine, but I also feel like no one would bat an eyelash if I were a bit more dressed up. The food itself was very good. My party span a pretty good portion of the menu starting with the bacon-jam with cheddar chive biscuits (how anyone could pass on that is beyond me). To no one's surprise they were delicious. They weren't addiction inspiring the way a Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit are, but that isn't a negative thing and maybe that just lends itself to the perfection of Fletcher's cheddar chive biscuits. Satisfying without inducing a craving. Mind you I'm not rating Fletcher's biscuits against Red Lobster's, that's like comparing genetically modified oranges and apples. Fletcher's would definitely be the apple in that scenario if it isn't clear. Next we were on to shoshito pepper and salads (modern wedge). Again, very nicely executed. It was a similar story for the main courses the table had the eight ounce filet, the pioneer chicken, and a Buffalo sirloin (and a Mac and cheese for a kiddo). All the dishes were cooked to perfection, showing a mastery of the topics at hand. Nothing was surprising and therefore wasn't mind-blowing, maybe the Mac and cheese was an exception as it was very good. All that said, the best part of the entire experience was the service. It was very quick for all that we ordered and the wait staff was very attentive. The waitress even offered to bring out the child in our parties food ahead of everyone else's to help keep them occupied. In all, good food, great experience! Can't wait for my next dinner at Fletcher's.

Our first choice high west saloon was full our first night in Park City and the second choice was also full, my friend called and find that this restaurant has a table available for 5. Let's just say it was expensive. The food though was pretty good. It wasn't anything too memorable but not bad for the price either. I personally find my short rib to be too salty but the dessert was delicious! Overall, I think it's a good spot for dinner if you don't have a reservation and is willing to spent some cash.

Stopped in on a Monday night and didn't have reservations, but we were offered to sit at the bar. The bartender was quick to take our drink order and brought our drinks out just as quickly. We had an Old Fashioned, Sangria, and Whiskey sour. The Old Fashioned and Sangria were some of the best we've ever had! We weren't too hungry, so ordered the mussels, short rib grilled cheese, and fries to share. Wow!! All were excellent. I could just drink the tomato broth that the mussels were in with a straw. The short rib grilled cheese was so moist it was falling apart! Fries were nice and crispy and served with a fry sauce. We also had dessert - the chocolate mud pie, creme brûlée, and warm butter cake - and dessert cocktails - an Irish coffee, a skrewball martini, and spiked hot chocolate. Everything was superb!! I couldn't recommend this place more for dinner or just post-dinner drinks and dessert. The atmosphere is sophisticated without being snobby, and there is even a DJ at the bar downstairs some evenings, so anyone can find something for them at Fletcher's!

When you go to Park City, Fletcher's is a MUST!!! The staff are super nice and highly knowledgeable of the food and wine. The food never disappoints, EVER....seriously. They have a cute back patio area that is great for wining and dining! Jules is hands down my favorite server here! He is always so tentative and is always smiling! If you want a great dinner experience in the heart of Park City, this is the spot!

We walked in off the street without a reservation and they kindly squeezed us in for an early dinner. Fun cocktail and cocktail menus and delicious food paired with excellent service. We really enjoyed the ahi as an appetizer and the biscuits are to die for.

Amazing meal and the staff were great. This is where to go if you want a drink made properly and the best meal in park city.

Fletcher's in Deer Valley offers a remarkable dining experience, with their standout dish being the succulent short rib. The ambiance is inviting, and the service is impeccable. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this restaurant is a must-try for any food enthusiast.

We did not have reservations but we're able to walk in on a Wednesday around 7pm and be seated immediately outside on the patio. It was pretty busy and they said they could only offer outdoor seating, but that was our preference. They had a decent beverage and wine list. Everything we ate was really good. We loved the Ugly Heirloom Tomato Salad- very fresh and tasty. They even split it for my husband and I, which was really nice. The entrees were both really good but not huge portions (not small either). The chocolate chip cookie skillet was warm and soo good- the perfect way to end our meal. Overall it was really good and we would definitely return. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly. Variety of clientele from dressed up couples to casual families.

Right on Main St. Nice bar and restaurant with a 21 and over lounge downstairs. I had the Bison steak and it was cooked perfectly. Salads are also amazing.

Great restaurant with excellent service. Party of 8 and I booked over a month in advance. Only 5pm or 9pm slot available so I asked if 5:30pm would be ok and they said fine as long as we were done by 7pm. We enjoyed everything except the shaved brussel sprouts that was over cooked. The salmon was excellent but the rice was too mushy. This is our second time dining here. Both times party of 8 and we were seated at the booth upstairs. Good choice for dinner if you are in Park City.

We ate outside and it was beautiful evening to eat. Could see mountains! We ordered short ribs grilled cheese sandwich, mussels on bread! We had a summer menu special, order one entree then get 6-8 oz of lobster tail for $16. Killer deal so we had it. It came with green beans and a couple of baby potatoes. The food was so good! We had crème brûlée, it was a decent size meal for both of us. We spent around $76 for our dinner! The place was 3 $'s. It was a reasonable price. The waitress took really good attentive to us. And we had another server focused on pouring water all way. Everything was perfect

Meal was fantastic! Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was great. Absolutely great! The cocktails were great. Sides were tasty....... the Lobster Mac is superb! A+ excellent meal!!!!!
