The property managers clearly haven't kept up their property. The carpets contributed to the musty odor in the room. The tub leaked after it was shut off and the knob to adjust the water temperature was in need of full replacement. The caulking in the bathroom was horrendous. There was a certain way to use the card reader to enter the room (blue top up, pull out very quickly). When I first arrived I tried it for a couple minutes before finding a way to work the card reader. The shuttles to the parks were a bit inconvenient. For Disney World it was only to Magic Kingdom and the bus would leave at 7:15 am only, the park usually opens around 9 am. The location was convenient with affordable ride share prices to the parks. There is a couple of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which is a plus. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The housekeepers were amazing and definitely kept the room in pristine condition. Overall it was a good experience, but It's just not fair to provide a service in the condition that it's in.

Good location, close to Disney. Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was "grab and go" and most items offered were not available and the staff member working the breakfast was extremely rude. Drinks were room temperature not even chilled. The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the parks. The driver was so nice and lots of fun. While it left very early in the morning he made it a great time.

We were very pleased staying here for our vacation. Stayed for 7 days the Guy at front desk on their graveyard shift checked us in and was very helpful in explaining how all the different shuttles work for all the Parks from the hotel. We received a complementary breakfast for all 5 members of our family and for the most part it was good, only 1 day the staff was keeping up with the people and keeping everything stocked. Even though we didn't get a chance to go to it they did have a very nice pool with a small area for younger kids. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning and restocking our room. Safe, small fridge, small closet unit, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board, and coffee maker were all included with our room. Only complaint was with the fridge was a little noisy and for some reason coffee maker wad in bathroom. Nice bathroom. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel and its only about 10-15 min from all the Disney Parks.

Got a great rate on this hotel. Very convenient to Disney. This is not a luxury hotel, so don't set your expectations too high for the price you are paying. This is an older hotel so the added resort fee is a bit of a stretch. Large pool and a water feature for kids. Breakfast is included, but it's very basic. You have to warm it up in your room's microwave during COVID. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast staff, couldn't have cared less. The two rooms we had were simple and didn't smell, so we considered it a fair deal for what we paid.

Stayed for 9 days for a Disney vacation. Can't really complain about anything for what we paid. Location was good, pretty close to the parks. Free breakfast buffet everyday was nice. They offered free shuttles to and from the parks but we decided to use Uber/Lyft so we could go on our own times. Didn't really spend anytime in the pool, but the hot tub was great after a long day at the parks. Rooms were cleaned everyday and were comfortable enough. Our favorite thing about the room was the amazing AC/heater. That thing worked better than any other hotel I've stayed at! It was super easy to get a comfortable temp in the room. We would be happy to go back again. Thank you.

It's about a 10minute drive from Disney. The rooms are clean and cozy. Great place to go and lay your head at the end of a long day of going to the parks. Can't give it a full 5 stars however since the walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors. And the complimentary breakfast is honestly one of the worst I've ever had. But overall I'd be happy to bring my family back here.

Not the greatest hotel in the world, but it suited the needs of my mom & I on vacation perfectly. They have free shuttles to Orlando Universal, a decent pool and hot tub. The food at Jumbo's was average but not bad, free breakfast really is free tasting. We went in the off season so it was very quiet and pretty empty, which was FANTASTIC for the type of people we are. The place is kept well clean, aside from minor things here and there in the hotel room; first night we arrived the room smelled musty and water stains covered the carpet from the AC machine, third night the AC machine leaked everywhere, the bathtub and shower were a little gross but after running it before first use it cleared up (almost like it hadn't been used in a while).

Check in at 4 pm, we arrived at 4:30 and didn't get into our room until nearly 6pm because it wasn't ready. Room was basic. Bed was comfortable. Blanket had pee stains. They had minor repairs that hadn't been fixed, like the sheetrock next to the toilet paper holder left unpainted. The refrigerator leg was missing, so it wobbled every time we opened it. Air conditioning unit didn't work great, had trouble cooling down the room. Overall, the grounds were well kept and the staff was generally friendly. Shuttle service, Platinum, that the hotel contracts for the parks sucks. Not on time, don't go to the park listed, our driver switched at the last minute for no reason, it's like the hunger games to get a seat coming back, otherwise you're stuck standing, hanging onto the ceiling or walls for dear life. I wouldn't stay here again. The shuttle service was a huge turn off and $10 "resort fee" in addition to your room rate was a huge turn off. If you're going to Disney, pay a little more and stay on site. 1000x better.
