Stayed at this hotel October 2024 and I still think back fondly on what a nice hotel experience it was. This boutique hotel was one of my favorite hotels ever. The rooms, aesthetic, and staff were excellent and the boutique size of the hotel made it easy and efficient to get in and out throughout the day. It also felt like we are getting a true experience of living in a Parisian apartment. I loved our balcony and the windows that opened to the street. The bathroom was very big with windows and daylight. The location was walking distance to train, shopping, dining and everything you want in Paris. The concierge was super helpful with planning activities and getting dinner reservations that were already "booked" online ;) This will be my home whenever I visit Paris from now on.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are cozy but very stylish. The staff is AMAZING. They all go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and cared for while you are there. I loved the spa. The location is perfect. I have already checked availability for a family trip next year, but they are already booked, and I understand why.

Wonderful gem around the corner from Lafayette. Small and intimate, super clean. Everything seems new and fresh. Staff is super nice - Victoria went out of her way to help us when our room had a maintenance issue, kept following up and truly cared. All the F&B staff in the restaurant/bar were super nice and knowledgeable too. The pool has the perfect size. Really happy with our stay. Thank you

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. It was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every person we encountered was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.||||A special thank you to Angelo, Marian, Grelsine, Vlad, Atheelo, and especially Matthew, with whom we built a truly special bond. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel personal and memorable.||||We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

My wife and I finished our recent vacation to France with two nights at the Maison Albar - Le Vendome. The service throughout this hotel is excellent, from the bellman, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant staff. We were warmly greeted throughout the hotel and I really thought the service stood out at this hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, near several metro stops and the Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. We stayed in room 405, and found it large enough where the two of us didn't feel like we were constantly tripping over each other. It's best suited for a couple. The room lighting was easy to control, the bed was large and comfortable, the pillows were great, and the room was very clean. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, two sinks, a vanity mirror, and lots of towels. Housekeeping made it feel like we were coming back to a brand new room after a long day walking around town. Although we only tried the restaurant for breakfast, we were very happy with the experience. The Vendome breakfast included a selection of breads, juice, coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit, omelette, and pancakes. You can certainly find a cheaper breakfast elsewhere, or you can choose from their a la carte menu if you're looking for something smaller/lighter, but if your room rate includes breakfast or if you are using a credit card benefit, it's a great option. The basement of the hotel includes a fitness center and a spa. The fitness center is quite small, but comes equipped with three cardio machines, free weights, and one machine where you can do lat pull downs, chest press, leg extensions, etc. The room was clean and did not appear to be heavily used; I never saw anybody exercising during several visits to the basement of the hotel. But it will be a tight fit if there is ever more than three people in the room at once. The only (slight) disappointment during our stay was the spa. It offers a large indoor pool, a jacuzzi, lots of comfortable seating, a sensory shower, a Vichy shower, and a steam room. During our visit, the sensory shower was under construction, and the steam room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. My wife found herself using the sprayer to wash away debris on the floor, and green mildew was clearly visible on the floor under the sitting area. The steam room did not provide the relaxing environment that we were looking for, and as a result, we were also hesitant to use the Vichy shower. But we felt that this was a fairly minor issue that did not detract from the great experience we had at the hotel. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for someone looking to enjoy a relaxing, upscale experience during their visit to Paris. I'd like to recognize Gulzina at the front desk; she was very attentive to me and my wife, not only during check-in but throughout our stay. She provides great customer service and is an asset to the hotel! Thank you for making our final stop in France such an enjoyable experience!

Rooms: While the rooms feature flashy exteriors, they suffer from poor maintenance. We had a disappointing night’s stay due to a leaking ceiling and very weak shower pressure caused by calcification. Although the staff did their best to assist, there was little they could do given the underlying issues with the facilities. Quite underwhelming for a five-star hotel. Breakfast: The selection was basic but of good quality. Staff were attentive and provided excellent service. Overall: In line with other reviews, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers—charging five-star rates while delivering facilities more typical of a three- or four-star property. Kudos to the staff for their attentive service. They were well-trained but clearly overworked and overwhelmed by the ongoing hardware issues.

Overall, this hotel was well-located in a central area, a 5 minute walk to Galleries Lafayette Haussmann and 15-20 minutes taxi from Gare du Nord station (due to ongoing road works). ||One thing that really struck me in Paris was the number of road works being carried out, which slowed traffic down a lot. Even the street the hotel was on had some partial closures, though thankfully it didn’t obstruct the hotel entrance. ||The deluxe room was modern and spacious by Parisian standards, with comfortable beds and a great shower and coffee machine. The breakfast was very good as well. Staff everywhere were helpful and pleasant, especially the doorman, the concierge, and the restaurant staff. ||The only reason I rated this four stars was because the AC was not working the first night, which made for a very uncomfortable night’s rest. To the team’s credit, they were able to resolve the AC issue the next day. But at over 500US a night, I would expect to be comfortable from the beginning of my stay.
