This hotel truly feels like home every time I stay. It offers incredible value for a five-star experience, with a great spa and rooms that are cosy, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy Paris while still having a peaceful place to return to. Staff is nice and especially Damien which always make the check in easier and smooth. It’s simply my go-to hotel whenever I visit Paris — a place I genuinely love.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5-star property, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The bed was incredibly small — basically a narrow single bed (around 70–80 cm wide). Every time I tried to turn in my sleep, I almost fell off. Housekeeping was very poor. Tissues were not replaced even though we repeatedly asked for them. Bathrobes were not changed or replaced with clean ones, and the room was not cleaned properly. All the heaters in the room were broken, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I paid 1,000 euros in advance before arriving. However, when I checked in, they charged me the full amount again and denied that any amount had already been taken. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff were laughing and did not take my complaint seriously at all. I also emailed the hotel through their website, and after several days, I still haven’t received any response. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not worth the money paid.

I was quite fond of this hotel and have stayed a few times. My daughter has stayed more. |I am no longer fond. I find the staff brusque. Service has gone downhill. No one ever is in the bar area. Moody waitresses. Awful waitress shoved a QR code in front of us and left immediately. Who wants to order off a QR code? Emailed FIVE times to ask for inter connecting rooms only to find out that they made a mistake. Tiny silly milk in the bedrooms can’t even make tea with that. No kettle. No iron. Dreadful mini bar. Lamps without bulbs. No room service menus anywhere. Rubbish in the bin. Dirty glasses. Warm yoghurts. No one told us the restaurant was under refurb but still charged us the same money. It’s cold and dismal and won’t be going back.

This is a wonderful and luxurious boutique hotel in a fantastic location, tucked away on a quiet street. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious (loved that room service was offered at the same price as one would pay in the restaurant). My room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and I had a view of the rooftop of the Opera! I was upgraded 1 category on arrival; even though my room wasn't ready when I arrived around 9am (which I did not expect), the staff offered me a place to shower and change my clothes. |There are a plethora of amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walk; Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps are a short 6 minute stroll. Easy access to 2 metro lines within a 5 min walk. The 9th is a great place to shop -- one could spend a few days just wandering in and out of the shops or stroll over to the 2nd or 1st if one has an unlimited budget! |I took the Roissy Bus from the airport (~40 mins) and walked to the hotel in under 10 minutes). |I will definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed at the Maison Albar Le Vendome last summer and decided to book it again this year. The rooms are small, but the set up (minus the space for luggage is amazing). We loved the comfort, complimentary cookies and drinks, robes were a nice touch, and the sauna. The gym is tiny, especially for a 5-star hotel, but the hotel staff's friendlessness and breakfast make up for it. If we are ever in district 9 in the future, we will definitely book again!

We visited the hotel for a 5-days family trip. The service was great, especially both of the concierge guys (I think from Pakistan/Sri Lanka). We liked them a lot. The room was clean and looked nice. But the room service is really bad. You cannot order food and there is only one restaurant (Yakuza), and the only thing you can eat there is sushi. Also the breakfast is simple, cheap & not special but expensive.

✅5 star facilities - rooms, scent, spa but seems very short of staffs. on the weekend i stayed there i needed to wait 15-30min to be served with bread(and just bread, not yet order the eggs and rest) ✅staffs are kind and professional though ❌however the short of staff and long waiting time really discount the whole experience ❌Ladies being your own hair conditioner and body cream!! the lotion and conditioner are so wishy washy almost like water! in the spa changing room there’s no body lotion so the reception lady kindly offered me a small tube of Carita lotion (from google image it seems that before 2022 the whole hotel still offered small tubes of Carita amenities ) which is hell better than the current product they are offering now.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, but in a little Oasis of peace and quiet as the hotel rooms are situated around a lovely internal courtyard garden. Beds are super comfy, and rooms are well air conditioned. The staff are all so helpful and special call out to the lovely doorman who took my luggage down to the main road to help me get my taxi as the road was closed for works. It would have been good at time of booking to know the restaurant was closed as i had needed to have a business dinner. Seems to close for 3 weeks in August.
