A deeply disappointing stay at Maison Armance (Room 31) This was meant to be a special family trip for my wife’s birthday, yet our experience at Maison Armance turned into a long list of frustrations. We stayed in Room 31, leaving in the morning and returning in the afternoon. Not once in three days was the room actually cleaned. Every time we came back, nothing had been done — only the trash taken out and towels replaced. For a hotel positioned as premium, this is simply unacceptable. The ventilation noise in the room was another ongoing problem — constantly fluctuating between loud and louder — making it very difficult to sleep, especially for someone sensitive to noise. Instead of rest, we were disturbed the entire night. The bathtub was dirty and full of hair, even though we had not used it. We had to clean it ourselves so our child could use it safely. The bed linen was never changed, not even once during our stay. Small details that should have elevated the experience ended up doing the opposite. I prefer to keep things elegant, but the truth is simple: This stay was devastatingly disappointing, especially considering the occasion and the price point. We expected care, comfort, and attention to detail — and received none of them. Unfortunately, I would not return.

I’m truly grateful for our recent stay at your hotel in Paris. Everything was absolutely wonderful — from the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to detail in every aspect of our visit. In a moment of emergency when we had to call an ambulance, the hotel administrator was incredibly supportive. They took care of all the communication, ensured everything was handled smoothly, and truly made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I will never forget this help — it meant the world to us. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent — we didn’t hear a thing from outside or neighboring rooms. The staff were always friendly, respectful, and available to assist with anything we needed. Everything felt calm, clean, and well cared for. Although the breakfasts were small, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious — a perfect start to each day. Thanks to this experience, I can confidently say I will always choose this hotel when I return to Paris. It felt like a safe and peaceful home away from home. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you to all of them. We loved the hotel. The room was large by Paris standards and the bed was very comfortable. We hope to see you again on our next Paris vacation.

A perfect gem in the middle of everything. We stayed there for a whole week and we had 2 bedrooms. We got there in the morning and our room wasn’t ready yet . We were offered tea and champagne. We were able to change into comfy clothes . Saskia at the front desk was so wonderful gave us all the information about places to see and great restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked everyday and my hard to please teenagers are still talking about how much they loved their room. We had little surprises here and there; a champagne and whine for me and my husband after a long day of being a tourist with a beautiful message was so delightful. The little notes by the bed every evening were so sweet… It’s a real hidden gem and I kind wanted to keep this to myself but I want everyone to enjoy it as much as our family did. To have Jardin des tuileries in 5 seconds walk was a joy. We spent every evening walking and enjoying ice cream and champagne . I also appreciated that they offered airport transfer service. We loved having a chauffeur waiting when we arrived and took us to back after our stay. The location made it easy to get to anywhere either walking ,bus or metro down the street . We can’t wait to go back. Skip the big chain hotels folks. Ooh and they have Air conditioning. It was perfect. Everyone was very kind and professional and many thanks to Madame Chantal for taking care of our rooms daily. Merci tout le monde et à la prochaine

Gorgeous, cozy hotel in a perfect part of Paris. We were a family of 6 and had two lovely rooms: one overlooking the main street and one overlooking the courtyard. The reception area and breakfast room were bright and airy. Breakfast itself had a great selection. The staff were polite, attentive and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the 1st Arrondissement.

We picked this hotel specifically for the location. It is in the heart of the "high end" shopping district (Chanel is on the next block) and it didn't disappoint. Good safe neighborhood with an underground station across the street. It's odd in that there is no lobby on the ground floor. You must take a very small elevator to the top floor to find the hotel rental desk. Manager was super friendly. So the hotel is basically almost entirely rooms with nothing but and exit at the ground floor. Rooms are super small, but are probably what you can expect in the area. I would recommend.

Maison Armance is an absolute gem in Paris! The hotel is super central, tucked away on a quiet street but within walking distance to many of the city’s top attractions—the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, and some of the best shopping areas are just a short stroll away. The location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring Paris! Beyond the amazing location, the room was beautiful and impeccably clean, offering a stylish and comfortable retreat after a day out in the city. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming, with a special mention to the Manager on the top floor, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re looking for a charming, boutique hotel with an unbeatable location and fantastic service, Maison Armance is the place to stay. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel has the best location! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful time. The hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive. From the first minute till the last second they care about all things you need that you can feel great and satisfied. Our room was clean, beautiful and comfortable with enough space. Breakfast place was cosy and nice, we were enjoyed it. Next time in Paris I will be definitely stay at this hotel again!

We stayed at Maison Armance from 11/29/22-11/30/22. Located behind a big blue door, around the corner from a lovely little courtyard this hotel is surprisingly beautiful. Occupying only a certain amount of floors (I believe floors 3-6), you will find Maison Armance is a boutique hotel that has been thoughtfully designed. Once entering you will find a small elevator that can take you up to the 6th floor (where check in is located). We arrived well before our check in time and were lucky that they had a room available. If they didn't we were allowed to leave our bags at the desk and they would have held onto them until our scheduled check in. Room was on the 5th floor and was a decent size for Paris (from what I heard). This hotel is beautifully decorated and everything seemed to be well updated and modern. Only complaint we had is that the stairs did seem to be slightly awkward to walk on. All in all the location is fantastic! We were able to walk to a lot of major tourist destinations and were close to the metro station. If you are in the area during late November- December you will be pleased to find a Christmas market very nearby.
