Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and impeccably maintained. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but more than sufficient and very good quality. The hotel is very quiet and rooms are well insulated so you don’t hear street noise. My only critique is that the room was very dimly lit. Will look forward to staying here again.

Small hotel really well located near the Opera house. The rooms are small but the amenities were all new and modern (bathroom, TV). Good value for the centre of Paris. Cool lounge on the ground floor. Great access to all kinds of transit options.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location in the Opera neighborhood. The decro, style, furniture, fabrics are all tasteful and interesting. It has a bold style so depending on your personal style, it may be for you or not. They have an official website with lots of photos so check it out. The rooms, the elevator, the staircase are all small. But the rooms are well appointed and the shower if all marble, which I love! It's good for one person but if you have two people or more, the rooms can be too small for you. One suggestion to the Hotel: the room doors slam quite loud and it's quite disturbing given how close the rooms are. It should be an easy fix to make the door close more gently.

Exceptional location, close to many city landmarks. Very beautiful hotel boutique, it transports you to another time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good size. The staff very friendly and efficient. Very cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Google
Lovely hotel from first sight but didn’t anticipate mice at breakfast. This hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms appear clean and tidy. Problem is that mice are obviously allowed to take over ground floor where breakfast is served and left to roam at will among guests. Hotel staff, when alerted to presence of mice, are nonchalant. Hotel management, when alerted, are also nonchalant. Would not recommend this hotel though I’m sure this problem could easily be resolved.

Tucked away in a great central location, near bus stops and shopping area. |The hotel is an intimate space. Very theatrical in appearance. Romantic decor. Candles and drapes in the foyer. Very atmospheric in the evening. |Suitable for adults, but not ideal for children. |Rooms are small, but adequate for a city break. |Well equipped with bath or shower ( or both in superior rooms) . Toiletries provided once during our two night stay. Plus hairdryer, safe and gowns/ slippers. Towels are of a high quality. |Comfortable and very clean. Beds great too. |Air conditioning works, and windows do open wide. But we had no view nice unfortunately. Just a dingy courtyard|Quiet at night. Even with windows open. |Small salon at the rear of the building used as a bar and breakfast venue. No restaurant as such. |Decor is very dark and lighting in the rooms is very poor. Reading lights provided by the bed. No make up / shaving mirror in the bathroom. |Staff were all charming and very helpful. We asked for a kettle to be provided ( none in the room) . This wish was kindly granted. No coffee machine provided. |No phone chargers in bedrooms. |Overall we really enjoyed our stay. |I would definitely return.

Pros: |- nice decoration inside, staff very well trained and polite, good breakfast and water pressure|- located close to nice part of the 8th just cross the street|- beautiful building|Cons: |- bathsoaps are not nice, just plain almond when in France you have so many intricate scents to choose from|- very cramped spaces throughout the hotel|- no down pillows or comforters, bedding more in line with a 3 star if anything|- extremely noisy/busy street if you have a street facing room be prepared for heavy traffic during the day, its a major through street for Opera even though it says its in the 8th its really on the border and in a very commercial area; at night restaurants have outdoor seating and people stay late talking lout; right near Olympia where major concerts happen and people pour out in the hundreds often drunk. If you have a noise sensitivity its def not a peaceful location|- transfer to the airport would have been nice but they charge 200 and a taxi costs 60 so not sure how that makes sense...|- for some reason there are no towel hooks anywhere in the bathroom so if you're two people in the room you have to share the bathtub area to lay down your towel but then it just stays damp.|- despite downgrading rooms on my last night due to noise the hotel refused to pay me back the difference, a small courtesy of a free drink or something would have been nice to compensate but no gesture in line with the hotel star rating was made.

Yelp
A nice small hotel . Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect . It's a bit too dark ..a hood face lift is needed . Enjoyed my stay there

Yelp
I had an unexpected layover and booked this hotel on the fly. Turned out to be a little gem in a great neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially Baptiste. I would definitely return!

Yelp
This hotel is conveniently located in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Only two blocks from all the malls and surrounded by a lot of restaurant options from inexpensive unique French places to walking distance to Hotel Costess. I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and I got to deal with every employee who worked the front desk. What an amazing team. Everyone showed me great hospitality. they were very nice giving me directions and even helped me booking a private BJJ class in Paris The hotel lobby was my favorite part. Wifi always works. And the €18 breakfast is delicious and they bring it to your room

Yelp
Just returned from a few days stay in Paris with my partner, where we stayed at Hotel Athenee. The hotel itself was a great find. It is beautifully decorated, perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was very clean, everything from curtains to towels seemed to be brand new. The bathroom is spotless, with a big bathtub. The room itself is quite small, which is not unusual for hotels in Paris, but it is beautiful and cozy. We had one of the two rooms with a terrace and were lucky enough to have warm, sunny days throughout our stay, so having a croissant and a coffee on the terrace in the morning was pure bliss. The staff was extremely friendly, offering advice and help without being overbearing. As for the location, the hotel is not only close to main attractions in Paris, but also to three metro station: Aubert, Havre-Caumartin and Madeleine. During our first evening in Paris, we took a stroll from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower and saw on our way Place de la Concorde, Alexandre III bridge, Quai Branly Museum. Galleries Lafayette are also 5 minutes away, as is another big department store, Printemps Haussman. I cannot comment on the quality of the food, since we chose to have all our meals outside. All in all, we absolutely loved this hotel and we're already planning for our next getaway, in spring, when we will stay at Hotel Athenee again.

Yelp
My husband reserved the hotel based on the neighborhood and the reviews he read. The location is perfect and walkable to so many things. The staff was super friendly, especially Bassam, who was full of hospitality. The room was very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. The room is tight, its Paris...you are not getting loads of space! The bathroom was great with a fantastic shower. Minibar, fridge, safe, etc. I would go back to this hotel again.

Yelp
Wonderful place to stay! The staff, especially Apollo, was charming and very helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Our room faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet for great sleep. Location is perfect. Close to everything including the Metro. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Stayed here 3 nights at the end of a 2 week vacation to France and loved this place. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, cool (important in July), very clean, and the staff is awesome. Size of the rooms is comparable to what I have heard about most nicer hotels in Paris - not big, but definitely big enough. As I said the staff is awesome, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and generally very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Paris

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had problems the entire stay. The sink would not drain and the toilet seat was loose. We returned one night with our door wide open with no explanation. The last day we had a leak from our ceiling. No one arrived to help us take care of it. It was a very disappointing hotel.

Yelp
We stayed here for four days toward the end of a two week vacation in France. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Room size was comparable to other places I've stayed in Paris. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to metro, restaurants, and roissybus.

Yelp
The team there is absolutely great, and cannot stress that enough. Special thanks to both Thibault and Alexandra! Thibault always had an umbrella handy for me (as the weather wasn't the best during my stay) and gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants for things I couldn't find on my own. ...Alexandra was super awesome when I got back to the hotel in the evenings after running around Paris all day, and made sure I was comfortable with snacks, delicious wine, and just a general joy to be around :) The hotel itself was very comfortable with a boutique aspect and feel, and really liked the design in both the main areas and the room itself. It's in a great area of town! Made sure I spent some time in the lounge as there were little alcoves that had comfortable seating areas w/ excellent decor and perfect lighting for the ambiance so it was a brilliant spot to sit down and relax with a cocktail whether you're coming or going. Basically a winner on all points!!!

Yelp
Service and location are excellent. Room was a disaster. Superior room is very small and on 5th floor roof beams literally cut room in half. I hit my head twice. Bathroom is microscopic and missing shampoo and most everything else. They offered to move us to room without the roof beams for another 80 Euros. Forget it and go elsewhere for the money.
