Staff were immediately super friendly and seated us without a reservation. They spoke good English and were happy to explain everything. It is a set menu with a starter of terrine and bread, which we really enjoyed. Then comes the star of the show, the steak, and it was divine. As it was lunchtime we shared this and it was more than enough for 2 people. It was well charred but still medium as requested, accompaniments of French fries and salad were good and we had ordered bernaise sauce which was delicious. We rounded off the meal with a creme brulee to share and a coffee and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
