Maison Cassandre

Wonderful stay at Maison Cassandre. The front office team was outstanding, welcoming, attentive and incredibly efficient, with a simplicity and attention to detail that made everything effortless. Thoughtful surprises made celebrating my birthday in Paris even more special. The Executive Room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Elegant, well maintained, and highly recommended.

**Excellent location and outstanding service** This hotel checks all the boxes for a great stay. The location is incredibly convenient - within easy walking distance of cafes, shops, and multiple metro and bus lines, making it simple to explore the city. The staff truly stood out. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and provided fantastic local recommendations that we wouldn’t have found on our own. The room exceeded expectations - notably larger than typical hotel rooms and impeccably clean. The breakfast setup was perfect, offering flexibility whether you need to grab something quick on your way out or prefer to sit down for a full meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable stay with exceptional service.

We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway at Maison Cassandre. Our room was clean and homey and the staff was very helpful. They borrowed us an adapter for charging the phone and an umbrella for a rainy day. Breakfast was comprehensive. They offered breads, croissants, pastries, yogurts, scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and some fruits amongst various other things. They were also able to accommodate my wife's gluten-allergy and offered gluten-free bread which was great. The hotel is located near several metro stations and restaurants. The famous Moulin Rouge is also only a 10min walk away from the hotel. Maison Cassandre is great value for money and we would definitely recommend!

In this beautiful city we can see that also some strange things are happening , due to the current moment Europe faces. The type of things that show up in the News everyday.||Maison was our point of major security. Staff was amazing from the first till last moment, very attentive and kind. Very nice and arranged rooms, smoking area very friendly.||We felt as safe as in our home in this hotel and that is priceless.|Even Daft Punk was playing on the moment that we were leaving. ||The transfers arranged were top Quality as well.

Very cute and charming boutique hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and generous in size. There is a small, tranquil outdoor courtyard and a cute little lounge area where you can enjoy some wine. The location is conveniently located a short walk to a metro stop, making it easy to get anywhere. The only negative is that the area immediately outside the hotel is not the most welcoming.

Satisfied, but there is still room for improvement. We stayed at the hotel for three nights in a standard room. When we checked in, the receptionist was polite but not very friendly or welcoming. I.e. we were not given any information about the hotel's policies or amenities. On the second day, our room had not been cleaned, even though there was a cleaning request sign on the door. We had to ask for cleaning separately the next day. The room itself was very clean (which is our number one priority) and the hotel facilities were also clean and stylish. The price-quality ratio and the hotel's location were good. In addition to the service, I have to deduct one star for the carpet (I don't like it, it's difficult to keep clean and unhygienic without own slippers) and for the lack of small amenities in the room, such as cotton rounds, q-tips, body lotion, and hair conditioner. Overall, we were still very satisfied with our stay.

Bait and switch scam! Booked hotel well in advance through a booking agent for myself and 1 colleague at €704 each. On arrival at the hotel I was informed that the hotel had cancelled our booking because of an internal policy that wasn’t explained. They then said they only had one room of the same quality we booked but as a favour to us they had made a better room available. Then we were told that we would have to pay €1086 for one room and €1342 for the other. If you want to avoid getting scammed for double the room cost then the additional hassle of having to rebook hotels on the day and extra travel costs to the new hotel book somewhere else.

Maison Cassandre exceeded all my expectations! From my very first booking chat with the hotel manager Laurent, Maison Cassandre delivered-All the staff who are so warm and friendly went out of their way to help me at every turn and make my stay wonderful. Rooms are gorgeous, breakfast is outstanding, location is perfect. I’d stay nowhere else in Paris. Thank you for everything Richard
