Satisfied, but there is still room for improvement.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights in a standard room. When we checked in, the receptionist was polite but not very friendly or welcoming. I.e. we were not given any information about the hotel's policies or amenities.
On the second day, our room had not been cleaned, even though there was a cleaning request sign on the door. We had to ask for cleaning separately the next day. The room itself was very clean (which is our number one priority) and the hotel facilities were also clean and stylish. The price-quality ratio and the hotel's location were good.
In addition to the service, I have to deduct one star for the carpet (I don't like it, it's difficult to keep clean and unhygienic without own slippers) and for the lack of small amenities in the room, such as cotton rounds, q-tips, body lotion, and hair conditioner.
Overall, we were still very satisfied with our stay.
