Absolutely recommendable hotel. Clean, functional, super friendly service staff. Speaking English, nice breakfast selection, underground parking. Nothing to complain about. Hint: unless you really "don't mind", beware of the rooms without window. They are equally good, but having no window is not fot everybody. Pay a bit more for a balcony room, you'll get great value for your money.

Good service and food is delicious from happy hour. However, the room is very old compared to our friends’ rooms. Don’t be fooled when they stated “free breakfast”which it’s not available when we’re there. Also, the corridors and room has some musty smell. For a premium price it was not worth the stay.

The hotel is in the city centre, surrounding with many restaurant, here got Gym, parking lot, free high-speed Wifi and many room type. They also give a free voucher for happy hours with light snacks, draft beer, wine, local whiskey and you can enjoy it until 9 p.m.

We just arrived to the hotel and there were a very warm and nice welcoming with happy hour, drinks and food all include for free. The staff is very nice and willing to help and the hotel is very centric and well located. For sure a convenient stop-point to Alishan 👌

Room service is excellent and fast. They delivered within minutes of my call. When we arrived at the hotel, the bellhop was waiting to assist us. At the lounge, the staff are friendly and approachable.

Lovely central hotel. Near lots of the tourist spot and only AUD $5-8 from the train station. Rooms are spacious, great size bathroom and nice shower. Some furniture is slightly old/stained but minor in the grand scheme. Great value overall, staff were also friendly. Gym was reasonable, typical for hotel 😀

The hotel provide one time free transport for your stay which is good if you are travelling in big group.The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transportation (taxi) if needed. The check in and check out service is also pretty fast. There are also complementary drinks that you may self service.The hotel helps us to keep our big luggages for 2 days while we went up to Alishan.The location is a convenience access to some of the tourist places as well as the night market nearby.

The room comes with a small balcony, overall is clean and good. It has a bath tub too, enjoy ourself there for 2nights! The night market is also in walking distance, quite convenience!

The services and staff here were exceptional. Not only they were genuinely friendly but also extremely helpful. The room, lobby and the decorations represented a luxury hotel from decades ago. They were clean and functional but definitely dated. It is a good option nearby most of the main attractions and 15 minute walk to the train station.

A nice clean place to stay in a fantastic location in Chiayi! Right down he road from a night market and Smart Fish Restaurant. Very helpful staff who are willing to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay. They helped us with making our trip to Alishan easy and were quick with great recommendations with things to see and do in the Chiayi area. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and the mobile phone to use was really helpful. I will stay here again in the future. My first choice of hotel in Chiayi

We stayed here for a family outing, and the room configuration and arrangements were botched. I also reserved a smoke free room (signs in the room also confirmed this) and it clearly reeked of cigarettes. The pricing was only around 100 USD, but since this was categorized as a "three dollar sign" hotel in Yelp, I don't think the quality warrants the pricing. *update* gave them one more star for their breakfast package, and also the room mixup was more due to hotel capacity. However their Facebook and Google ratings are inflated because they have staff giving out raw wood pencils in the lobby for anyone willing to rate them five stars on either platform.
