Maison d’hôtes La Fabrique Alpes de Haute Provence

Perfect. If you are going to see the gorge du verdun, you cannot miss this place. Also it’s wildly affordable. And it’s walkable to the lovely town center. Breakfast is included and it is fresh and delicious. We ate ripe figs from the tree in the garden. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Florence!

Amazing stay in the most beautiful place we've ever been! My husband and I stayed for 1 night during our honeymoon trip and were blown away by the natural beauty all over the property and town. The hosts were so kind, breakfast was so tasty....could not recommend more!

We booked for 3 nights in August 22. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. The property is amazing and the hosts have done a fantastic job of renovating this building into a unique destination. You get the wow factor as soon as you enter the main building with a massive open plan living space with high ceilings.||the bedroom was large and comfortable with views out across the countryside. The rooms were always nice and cool despite it being 35+ outside. It is only a short walk to the centre of the village but you need a torch to get back if you are out after dark. Breakfast was usually in the main hall on the long communal dining table and was always tasty with fresh yoghurt and bread.

La Fabrique was nothing less than fantastic! Gorgeous sight, location, decoration! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner were really special, homemade and delicious food! A heartwarming experience carefully prepared by Florence and Christian to their lucky guests! Could not recommend it enough!

Great stay in this beautiful green property perched in the mountains. Beautiful views of the mountain and the valley from the garden. Plenty of outdoor seating to relax, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and includes fresh croissants, freshly squeezed juices, yogurt, homemade jam and fried eggs along with tea/coffee. Guests can also reserve dinner at the property cooked by the hostess, which starts with an apéro, it’s a nice way to know the other guests. All in all a lovely stay. The bedrooms are spacious too and new as the entire place was bought and refurbished 4 years back.

Beautifully restored old factory with lofty rooms, creative and modern retouched rooms & a stunning centerpiece, all without denying its history. We had a wonderful Familyroom with a great view. But the real highlight was the table d’hôte with Marcel’s Agneau as dinner dish. The guesthouse is a 5min walk from the historic centre of moustier & Florence’s tips for excursions & trip to les Gorges were spot on. Thank you!

A wonderful b&b in this beautiful village. A very tasteful conversion of, I believe, a former ceramic workshop. We had a delightful room with its own terrace and breath taking views over the surrounding hills. An excellent breakfast was provided by the very friendly and helpful hosts. Very highly recommended!

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 days, getting to know Florence and other guests. Highly recommend the dinner option - Florence and her husband are amazing cooks and the food can not get any fresher. Phenomenal location, views, and company. Couldn't recommend more.
