I wish I didn’t have to write this, but unfortunately I received no further response from Vincent, and I now feel compelled to go to the police.
We are a family who stayed in the green room at Maison Flagey Brussels for two nights, with our one-year-old daughter — while the elevator was out of order, which already made things quite difficult for us.
The total agreed price for our stay was €380, which we paid in full. However, a second payment of €190 was taken from our account **without any explanation or authorization**.
I contacted Vincent several times to try to resolve this matter, but he has not replied and has not refunded the sum. If this was a mistake, one might expect at least a basic explanation — but the silence raises serious concerns.
One could legitimately ask: Is this intentional? Is it fraud?
Guests should be warned. I unfortunately can’t recommend this place under these circumstances.
