We booked this class since it was the only one operating on a Sunday, and we are so glad we did. We also selected the location by Norte Dame .. very easy to find. Our instructor Guilamme was excellent and super friendly and taught us how to make croissants. Our group was small ... 7 in total but we never felt rushed or cramped for space. Free coffee, water and tea are given and of course after you can eat as many croissants as you want. We started at 9 am and ended around 11:00 am. It was a lot of fun, not cheap by any means but we enjoyed it and would recommend it to family and friends.

I HIGHLY recommend taking their croissant making class! Milli was an amazing teacher, and made the class so much fun! Couldn’t have imagined a better experience, this was definitely a highlight from our trip to Paris!!

Our tour was the Versailles Farmers Market and History Tour and our guide was Clement. My wife, daughter and I were fortunate to have been the only clients for the day, so we had a very special time with our guide. This was the most enjoyable time we spent while in Paris and we would highly recommend it. The Farmers Market in Versailles is a special gem that the residents of this town are fortunate to have as a source for local meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. We sampled several of the offerings. We also went to a local bakery and wine shop and picked up some delicacies that we took to the final and most enjoyable stop...the gardens adjacent to the palace at Versailles. We sat at a table in the corner of this beautiful, historic garden and ate the meats and cheeses and drank the wine that Clement selected while we discussed all manner of topics and enjoyed getting to know our guide who currently resides in Versailles and grew up in this beautiful town. If you enjoy food and gardens or just want some time away from the metropolis of Paris, this tour is well-worth your time.

So much fun! Felix was a fantastic teacher! We loved not only the hands-on experience for making several versions (croissants, and other other pastries), but the educational factor too. We learned so much from Felix!

So much fun! Julie is a great teacher and was a ton of fun to hang out with. Felix was also really cool, and though I don't know how well he teaches, the croissants he showed us looked amazing so I'll have to assume he's pretty good. We made Paris Brest and they came out really good (or just "not bad" if you're french). In fact, Julie said they were probably the best she's ever seen :) It was really a great time and I highly recommend it to anyone on any baking level. P.s. @Julie the makeshift boxes worked really well, thanks

Our family had such an amazing experience learning the art of croissant making. Delphine was engaging, patient, funny. She shared knowledge and insight about baking that I have already used in my kitchen! She truly made the experience unforgettable for our family. I'm not a baker by any means but the croissants she guided us in making were delicious!

My daughter and I took a croissant class as part of her high school graduation trip. This was one of the best highlights of our time in Paris! Our host was kind and fun, and ran things smoothly, down to the minute. It was very relaxing and didn't ever feel rushed! My daughter and I will always remember this! Thank you, Maison Fleuret!

Making croissants class was very memorable experience for me. I got all the details about the class through email so it was easy to find the place. I liked the atmosphere of the lab which was neat and clean and the chef was friendly and helpful during the class. Kindly responded to all the questions👍. Especially in Paris, this is a must-do!
