Maison Fleuret Paris

JULIE is an amazing instructor and so friendly and genuine! The bakery is well laid out and they provide all you need to make the most amazing Croissants in Paris! We learned so much and we will definitely bring this knowledge back with us to Arizona. Our friends and family will be so impressed!

I loved the atmosphere with the books and small tables. The staff is very friendly. I’ll definitely be going back for the great coffee, tasty food, and to finish the book I started reading 🤓

We had such a lovely experience at the Maison Fleuret croissant class. It was the highlight of our trip to Paris. The class was smaller, making it a more intimate setting to learn the intricacies of french croissant baking. Our instructor was wonderful, as was tasting the croissants fresh out of the oven. It was such a special experience. We fully intend on taking more classes with Maison Fleuret on future trips to Paris.

We took a croissant cooking class taught by Manel! She was absolutely wonderful and made the class fun. An experience that will not be forgotten.

I was a little intimidated to push open the door and walk in because it looked so peaceful I felt like I was going to intrude, but the staff were really friendly and the space was so beautiful. I went on a weekday morning so it was just me and another table. It’s close to the river Seine, and just a short walk from the Musée d’Orsay and the Louvre.

One of my favorite coffee shop in Paris! The people working there are genuinely kindest, working with heart, helpful and friendly. The ambience is very calm and cozy especially in the 2nd floor there’s a mini library you can read the books. The coffee is a strong game and also don’t forget to accompany with their side dishes cake are delicious. Recommend is lemon poppyseed cake and canele. As a tourist low bat phone is kinda night mare when we don’t know which way to go if we cannot open the gmaps. The lady in charge on the cashier and order is so beautiful and kindest. They’re kindly helped to charging my phone just for a while.

Nicholas the barista was so kind, though I couldn’t help but overhear all of his hardships at this cafe. It seems they are under a lot of pressure and toxicity. It’s such a beautiful place but the price isn’t worth the depressing energy, lack of pastries and mediocre coffee.
