One of the best hotels I have been!! This hotel deserves a 5 star rating!!!! The staff, Daniella, Roberta and Ivan are super friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Salvatore who went above and beyond to make my stay smooth, easy, and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and luxurious, and every detail felt carefully thought out. From the comfy bedding to the amazing amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. Best time ever!!!!! Def coming back :) Love Sorrento 🩷

We spent five nights at Maison Il Conservatorio and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco, which was a wonderful way to start our stay. The room was exactly as shown online—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean.||||The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach the beach and marina, either by elevator or a slightly steep but manageable walkway. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of pastries, fruit, breads, yogurt, coffee, and eggs made to order, all served on a beautiful terrace. ||||We loved the complimentary access to the beach club, where we enjoyed cocktails one evening while taking in the stunning views. Sorrento is the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and this hotel made our trip even more special.||I highly recommend Maison Il Conservatorio for its comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and the warm hospitality of its friendly staff.

hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The room was stunning, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. The manager and team were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. This hotel combines beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Loved this charming hotel. Room 104 - big room, lots of storage, mini bar, safe, bath products including body lotion, Bed & pillows very comfortable. A/C was great. Staff was amazing, especially Roberta.||Breakfast was great with an outside terrace. Eggs and coffee can be ordered along with a buffet. Deserts are delicious.||Caveat - there are several steps before you get the elevator to reception.

This is a friendly, welcoming, centrally located hotel. |The location is amazing - a few steps to Piazza Tasso and very close to Villa comunale and the walk down to the marina. |The hotel interior is modern, with blue and white touches throughout. |The breakfast and service at breakfast is that of a family kitchen with a delicious choice of food and drinks. |Beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. |Would absolutely recommend!

We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, with the blue tiles. From the pictures, we thought it’d be a bit much, but in person, it’s very pleasant and adds a lot of character. Our room (superior) had a view of the street but we had to keep the windows closed for most of the time to get some privacy, since it’s on a low floor so people could see into the room, but that didn’t bother us much. Location was perfect, steps away from the elevator/stairs to the port and from the main streets. Service was also excellent, with a 24h reception and friendly staff. And the breakfast was outstanding, with so much variety and everything was delicious (video attached). They also offered a cooking class that you could sign up for if you let them know in advance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location! It’s right in the centre of the town, only a short walk to the lift/stairs to take you down to the beach clubs and ferry point. Lots of bars and restaurants located all around the hotel. ||Rooms were decorated lovely! This was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, our room was cleaned twice a day - once in the morning and then when we’d come back after dinner the cleaner had been again and given us another set of fresh towels, toilet roll and left a sweet on the bed. 2 bottles of water are provided free of charge every day as well as shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser pouches. ||Breakfast was great - the pancakes and eggs which were made to order tasted lovely. The other continental options were also great. ||The hotel has a partnership with one of the beach clubs, meaning you get 10% off sun loungers and food/drink. ||Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and the location for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration.|The communication from booking to arrival was excellent. They recommended many places and things to do.|The room we had was spotlessly clean and the bottle of prosecco was another bonus.|We were in room 107, which didn’t have much of a view, it overlooked one of the old side streets but was a beautiful room, there was a little street noise even with the shutters closed at times.|We did have a leak in the ceiling of our room on a rainy day, the team responded quickly although if they couldn’t fix it there was no plan B. The concern if water came in overnight was worrying. |The breakfast team were first class every day, as were the food choices, and it was a spectacular place to sit and eat breakfast if you can go on the terrace.|This truly is a hidden gem and the staff really make it exceptional.|We only gave it a rating of 4 due to the water leak!
