hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The room was stunning, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. The manager and team were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. This hotel combines beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

During our recent visit to Sorrento my son and I had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel. Such a great discovery for service, location, and hospitality. The kitchen team were amazing and provided a very lavish breakfast every day with superior service. The reception team were very helpful and assisted with anything we required assistance with. The location is unbeatable and we couldn’t recommend it enough. This hotel is definitely ideal for a variety of people and will not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again when we next visit Sorrento.

We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, with the blue tiles. From the pictures, we thought it’d be a bit much, but in person, it’s very pleasant and adds a lot of character. Our room (superior) had a view of the street but we had to keep the windows closed for most of the time to get some privacy, since it’s on a low floor so people could see into the room, but that didn’t bother us much. Location was perfect, steps away from the elevator/stairs to the port and from the main streets. Service was also excellent, with a 24h reception and friendly staff. And the breakfast was outstanding, with so much variety and everything was delicious (video attached). They also offered a cooking class that you could sign up for if you let them know in advance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

Great little hotel with the most incredible staff. So thoughtful, so welcoming - reception staff Daniela and the others who I didn’t get names, the two wonderful ladies working hard in the kitchen every morning to provide a huge variety of breakfast items including gluten free. The cleaning staff who kept our room spotless! This team are simply the best and the hotel is if a very high standard with beautiful rooms and great amenities. Would recommend this for location, value for money and amazing staff

We enjoyed our stay very much! The concierge staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us bottled water everyday which is a great bonus. The room was newly furnished, clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We noticed that they cleaned and checked the room condition twice a day which was amazing! We will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here when they visit Sorrento.

Family run hotel that was so welcoming. Salvator was so very warm and hospitable. The navy and white decor was very stunning and homey. The location was perfect and it was the most amazing breakfast spread that we experience on our whole trip. Highly recommend! Traveling on a mother and daughters trip throughout Italy; we felt so very safe. Short walk to either the square near open air market or the water.

We had the absolute best time at Maison Il Conservatorio! The staff was incredibly friendly, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. This was the ideal spot for our girls’ trip — just steps from the town square, shopping, and amazing restaurants. We could easily walk to most places in Sorrento and taxi to the beach clubs with no hassle. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Sorrento and enjoy everything the town has to offer!||We were able to fit as a party of 3 comfortably, and the cappuccino was the best we’ve ever had.

We honestly can’t fault this hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely divine! No request was too hard for them, they canceled restaurant reservations for us, booked other ones, beach towels were free of charge (unlike our hotel in Nice), we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to help celebrate our honeymoon. The breakfast is absolutely delicious!!! Freshly baked goodies every morning which you can smell in the lobby it’s absolute heaven. Our room was massive, big king bed, little desk, a full day bed, the biggest shower, double sinks and a wardrobe! The bed and pillows are very comfy! And don’t forget about turn down service every night, with little orange lollies on our pillows, something I looked forward to each day! Location is amazing, we walked everywhere! We will be back!
