Amazing shop for all your low waste and refill needs! I was hard pressed to find something they don’t have! Lots of nuts, seeds, candies, popcorn, oils, soaps, cleaning products, lotion, flours, pretty much everything! So happy I happened upon this gem of a place - I can’t wait to come back for all my household needs as they arise and no longer have to rely on purchasing these same products in plastic packaging. They have some fresh fruit/veggies and bakery treats and breads (a lot of which are not vegan) and do have a lot of personal care products but be sure to look for sneaky non-vegan ingredients on those!

I just moved to the neighborhood and am so very delighted that I found Maison Jar! There are not many comparable stores in the immediate area, and this one checks so many boxes for me. Their inventory of bulk is incredibly high quality, they have a great little selection of local/organic produce, and I have been 100% satisfied with every purchase so far.

this is how shopping should be - sustainable, comforting, and simple !!! if you've ever played stardew valley or animal crossing, that's what this store feels like. it's pure and wholesome goodness, without sacrificing practicality. so happy this is here💓

Absolutely love Mason Jar! A nearly one-stop-shop for your grocery needs. I can cross "grocery-shopping" off my to-do list by visiting Maison Jar and then Prospect Butcher (just a few doors down). Mason Jar's got a fantastic selection of pantry staples, oils, cleaning supplies, fruit, veggies and dairy. They even have dog treats! All priced based on weight and super reasonable. Plus, when it comes to purchasing reusable containers (glass jars, etc.) they are competitively priced. Love love love this business!

We buy just about everything in our pantry here. They also have pastries, cheeses, produce and fresh bread. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Save the planet & the prices are great. Get your spices, grains, nuts, pastas, and teas on. Grind your own peanut or almond butter. Even fresh bread. The mango looks dry but it's actually juicy

The staff were so lovely, giving femme / queer / Theybie energy. Affordable prices, and accessible walkway. Also good A/C in this heat, a relief from a lot of rough polish stores in the area.

They offer affordable rentals for lesser used appliances (carpet cleaner, ice cream makers, etc). Same day availability when the local Home Depot’s were all sold out. Super helpful and convenient.
