Elegant, creative, inventive, warm, and inviting are just a few words to describe the beautiful Maison Joia. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed and cared for. With only a few table in The House, the host (Laetitia) is able to give her full attention to her guests. Her husband, Chef Julien executes his creations flawlessly. Highly recommend is the Langoustine from Brittany. The dish is delicate, sweet, tender, and prepared with precision. The delicious lemon dessert is stunning, exquisite, intriguing, and abstract. I deem it The Best Dessert In The World! The duos passion for local, organic and sustainably gastronomy is at the forefront of what they do. The quality of production and execution of dishes in this charming restaurant make it well on its way to earning a Michelin accolade, especially a Green Michelin Star notably for its sustainable gastronomy.
