I stayed here for one week. It was my first time in Marrakhesh and I booked it based on location and price. The check in was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. What made this hotel very special was the staff. Mohammed, Faysal, and Abdul(I may have gotten names wrong, please forgive me) were wonderful at managing taxis, classes and excursions. We did the Hamann treatment with Aya and loved the experience. We did the cooking class with Chef, another beauty, and Faysal. It was a great day. All of the people caring for the property and staff brought kindness and smiles to their work. The neighborhood was a little rough for me but taxis were available and I never had any incident that made me uncomfortable.

I can highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were traditionally furnished and very clean – we felt comfortable right away. Breakfast was simple but filling, just what we needed to start the day. Although the hotel is not centrally located, it was easy to reach by taxi. A big plus was the supermarket right nearby, which had everything we needed. Special thanks to Mohammed and Ibrahim – they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us with our reservations. Their warmth and dedication made our stay especially pleasant.

Our stay at Maison Ka was absolutely fantastic. Faysal and Mohamed and the entire staff made sure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were always helpful and seemed sincerely interested in our wellbeing. The room was comfortable, the pool and communal space were inviting and the rooftop patio was perfect for a mid day break. The food was also really good. It’s located away from the Medina so you’ll have to take a taxi. Highly recommend.

Me and my family have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Really lovely staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. Mohamed is really friendly and Hind. All of them are ready to help in anyway.

Really kind people, would recommend. Beds were good, we didn’t have a window so we were obliged to sleep with AC. It was also 36 degrees in the night so yeah. But they got all the facilities you need. Okay… coming there looked like somewhere in mid Africa honestly but getting into the Riad was great.

Excellent Maison. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday.. staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and very sincere. Muhammad, Hind, Maryam,Khadijah,Aya and all the rest. They all went above and beyond , treating us with so much care and attention. Hind and muhammad made us feel very special and welcome. Happy to help and running errands for us. Very good hospitality. The hotel itself feels like home away from home. Very clean. Based in a local area with so many reasonably priced supermarkets and shops .

My girl friends and I stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean and the rooms had everything you needed. We were welcomed with tea and offered tea at night which was very kind! As young girls traveling in a foreign country we felt some nerves, but Maison Ka helped provide us with taxis, printed boarding passes, and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating! Mohammed especially was very kind to us and made the stay comfortable and easy! We had to leave very early for the airport and he offered to make us food before our departure, very very kind of him! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Marrakech, they are great people!

We, 5 girls, had a wonderful stay at the Maison KA. Staff was very friendly and always available when we had questions. Especially Mohammed was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is located a bit outside the (very busy) city centre, but still at walking distance. We thought this was great because it was really quiet at night.
