I recently tried a Filipino–Thai–Vietnamese restaurant and was impressed from the start. The Crispy Calamari came out hot, golden, and perfectly crunchy without being chewy, while the Crispy Spring Rolls were packed with ground pork, carrots, and wood ear mushrooms that gave them a great texture and flavor. Both appetizers tasted fresh and came with tasty dipping sauces that tied everything together.
For my main course, I had the Shaking Beef it has tender strip loin cubes stir-fried with garlic and onions in a savory brown sauce, served with jasmine rice. The beef was juicy and flavorful, and the sauce had that perfect sweet, salty balance that kept every bite satisfying. I also built my own bowl, which added a fun, customizable touch to the meal. Overall, the food was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared ,a great mix of comfort and bold Asian flavors that I’d definitely come back for.
