We had already purchased our centre stone separately and engaged Maison Mugen to do the ring setting; a trilogy design with two trapezoid side stones. From our very first appointment, we were genuinely impressed by the level of detail and meticulousness Michelle displayed. Although we had done a fair bit of research and thought we were quite clear on what we wanted, she thoughtfully surfaced considerations and options that elevated the design even further. It never felt pushy. Just very experienced, very precise guidance. Throughout the process, Michelle went the extra mile. She sourced beautifully matched side stones, prepared detailed renders, arranged for a printed cast for us to review, and kept us updated before finally sending the ring for production. Every step felt intentional and carefully managed. We are absolutely thrilled with how our engagement ring turned out. The craftsmanship, proportions, and overall finishing exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Michelle and Maison Mugen to anyone looking for a caring, meticulous, and professional jeweller!

I got the KIN by Maison Mugen silver pendant and it turned out absolutely stunning! The quality and craftsmanship is amazing and my imprint turned out exactly how I wanted it. The founder, Michelle, was patient with my imprint experience and allowed me to do multiple tries until it was how I liked. Definitely a memorable keepsake and very meaningful for my loved one.

Totally in love with my pup’s paw print pendant, done by the KIN jewelry wax crafting kit 🤎 We went down to the shop itself as we weren’t confident in doing the imprint, and Michelle was so patient and loving towards our pup Terra. She waited for Terra to be comfortable in the new environment before guiding us with the process. The wax can be remolded until you’re happy with the final imprint and size/shape 🐾 wait time was about 5 weeks as it was crafted in London! Thank you, Michelle, for the wonderful experience 🥰

The boutique owner was super friendly and helpful. I needed to resize my ring, and she brought out all her gemology tools to do a full evaluation. Was told I had a better quality ring than i thought i did which was a nice surprise. Work was quick and professionally done. Lots of beautiful items to look at and admire in the boutique. Very keen on trying the KIN fingerprint kit in gold...

I had a finger print necklace made for my sister and her child. It came out beautifully. Something she can take with her everywhere. A really special and unique gift.
