From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away from the bustle yet just a breezy 25-minute bus ride to the Eiffel Tower. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and authentic Paris.

The hotel is very decent as it is located 700 meters away from Saint Salazare station which connects you to many different parts of Paris. It is also a 1km walk to gallery lafayette. The main highlight of this hotel is the size of the room which is bigger than usual hotels in the center of Paris and of course the Front Desk staff that are very helpful. It is very important for us to receive an excellent service whenever we stay in hotels and they exceeded far and beyond what we were expecting. They even took care of our shopping packages that they gladly received on our behalf and secured in our room. This is really a plus

Disappointing Experience for a 7-Night Stay I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, which was a significant investment for me. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. On the first day, I was shocked to find that the toilet seat had not been properly cleaned — there were visible urine stains on the seat, which was extremely unhygienic. Additionally, my personal hair towel went missing on the first night. While I understand this may have been a misunderstanding, I reported it to the reception, but nothing was done, and there was no follow-up. Throughout the stay, there were inconsistencies with housekeeping — on some days, the room was simply not cleaned at all. To make things worse, I accidentally left behind a personal item when checking out. I emailed the hotel asking them to check and offered to cover any postage fees to have it returned. However, the response I received was simply that nothing had been found, without any effort to look into the matter further. This was an 8-day trip, and I had chosen this hotel with trust and high hopes. Sadly, it ended in deep disappointment. I truly hope the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.

We loved staying for 5 days at this little but very nice hotel. Shout out to the amazing, welcoming and very kind staff. The location is great; nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants and cafes around, multiple metro stations and a big train station nearby with good conexion from both airports. Beds are comfy and rooms are very silent. The only downside for me was the breakfast. It was not great so I would stay again without taking the breakfast fare. Still 100% recommend

At first arrival to the hotel, I was impressed by the service and the looked of the hotel. Front desk receptionist (Asian lady) is very helpful and professional. One of the question I asked for is about getting some ice sent to the room she responded to just let them know and they will provide it. Part of the check in process they provided a tour of the breakfast area and show us the free coffee, pastry and filter water provided (as advertised in the hotel website) . On the second day of the stay I requested some ice be sent to the room and I was informed that they do not provide that. The front desk receptionist (young man) was not professional and was rude. My party of 4 ( we are in our 40's, 50's & 60's) then proceeded to buy ice from a store near by and we sat in the hotel lobby to have our wine. This front desk receptionist proceeded to keep walking by several time and giving us the looked as if we are unwelcomed to sit on the lobby area. On the third day of the stay, we notice the coffee machine and the pastry disappeared from the lobby area. When we ask the receptionist she told us she was told to hide the coffee machine in the kitchen and she can not tell us why. We will definitely not stay at this hotel again or recommend this hotel due to the services.

Great place to stay! Close to restaurants but nestled just enough away from all the bustle of the city. Next door to the police station for peace of mind. The area is great though. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were fantastic! Great aesthetic and atmosphere 👌🏼
