Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and empathy.
I contacted the hotel almost three weeks in advance to modify my stay due to an unexpected change in my flight. Despite notifying them with plenty of time, they refused any change or adjustment, hiding behind the non-refundable rate, even though most hotels show a minimum of understanding in situations like this.
This is the first time I pay fully in advance so far ahead, and also the first time a hotel shows zero willingness to help, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control.
A higher level of customer care, humanity, and flexibility would have been expected from a hotel of this category.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
