A wonderful experience staying here! The hotel is very modern and the room was very clean and everything was brand new. Super location, making it easy to get around. Metro was 3 min walk away. The staff were delightful, so helpful and welcoming. On top of this, the rate meant this was also extremely good value for money. Absolutely loved this hotel. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at MAISON NÔ hotel. The staff were especially warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Lyon: in the heart of a district with many restaurants, shops, and sites while also located on a quiet street. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean. It was also a plus to be able to return to our cool and comfortable room when the temperatures soared.

Worst hotel experience. No night stand. Completely not user friendly. Receptionist is clueless. The room is ridiculously small. I messaged them a week before to ask for 2 duvets but only one is there. When I asked she said she will do her best yet no duvet showed up at all. All around just really really awful hotel. Do not book it!!! Beware!!!

We stayed for two nights and the property was clean, modern, and staff spoke perfect English. Convenient to the metro, and centrally located for a very reasonable price, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come again! (Unsure why reviews were low on TripAdvisor, made me second guess the booking at first but the Expedia reviews are accurate!)

We enjoyed our stay in Maison No. It’s in great central area and it’s very convenient to get to. Rooms are clean and comfy, service are nice, staffs are lovely. We also tried the rooftop bar, not our taste but.

This was honestly one of my worst experiences ever. From the very beginning, the service was rude and dismissive. While I was in the middle of ordering, the waiter snatched the menu out of my hands in an aggressive and disrespectful way. I asked to sit on the terrace – there was clearly space – but he refused with a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, we were served what looked like a tomato sauce, but it was apparently meant to be a drink? It was absolutely disgusting, and we couldn’t even finish it. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing. Between the unfriendly staff, poor service, and strange, undrinkable items on the menu, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Lyon. Hotel is modern. Room was very comfortable. The staff were excellent! Right on the pedestrian mall with a large number of restaurants just a short walk away.

Very nice boutique hotel in an excellent location in Lyon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern and nice. The rooftop bar and restaurant are excellent for an afternoon apperitif , dinner or enjoying a beautiful Lyon evening.
