The hotel was in a great location, near the Spanish Steps and so many restaurants and shops. It was one block off of the main street and was tucked away on a quiet little street. We loved the interior courtyard for reading , chatting and getting some fresh air. Francesca, Alessia, Annalisa and Christian, Grota, John, Sandra and Pasquale from the front desk staff were stellar, helping us with requests we had as well as assisting with dinner reservations in the area. A shout out for Giancarlo as well! Piano, Aurela and Christel from Housekeeping were also very helpful. The staff were all very professional and quick to assist in whatever way they could. We loved the daily breakfast also, very nice selection of items! We would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at your hotel! The hotel itself is breathtaking, and we truly appreciated its prime location right in the art district. Our room was delightful, impeccably clean, and we were excited to find an American King size bed! The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. Greta greeted us with warmth and friendliness upon our arrival, and Greta along with Annalisa and Samira provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Thank you all for your exceptional service, which made our time in Rome even more enchanting. We will certainly recommend your hotel on our travel website and to our friends and family.

This is an amazing place to stay I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect to see the key highlights of Roma. The rooms clean and all you could want. I was a solo female travelling and felt very comfortable in the area.||Now let’s talk about the team. I have been lucky to travel to many parts of the world and I can comfortably say that the team here are amazing and nothing was to much trouble. From the very first interaction with Annalisa on reception who was extremely helpful after my 30 plus hours of travel …… to each interaction with the team, outstanding. Help me book yours get rides and everything in between. ||Each day I started with a lazy breakfast in the dining area which had such a lovely feel to sit and relax before I started my day of adventures. Without hesitation you should stay here.||PS and the shopping around the areas stunning !!!

We had a great 4 night stay at the Maison Roma close to the Spanish Steps, but in a small quiet street close to the Metro, good restaurants, stores and Churches. The decoration is beautiful, with a mix of modern touches. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. All the staff were very professional and made our visit to Rome unforgettable. A place to stay in Rome!

We had an outstanding 5-night stay at Maison Roma. The rooms are a little on the small side. But the location, the staff, the lobby, we were very, very happy for this oasis in the middle of Rome, just off the Spanish steps on a quite, perfectly picturesque street. Special shoutout to the staff, Francesca and Samara in particular, for the generosity and guidance during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about about this hotel. The room was fabulous-perfect size for two people, the location was fabulous but the real treat was the service!!! EVERYONE who works at this establishment was beyond helpful. Specifically Francesca, Samira and Greta!!! They were all helpful in reserving dinner reservations, recommending and reserving excursions and checking on our travel for our next leg of the Italy trip. If I come back to Rome I will DEFINITELY stay here and will recommend to friends v

The hotel was lovely and couldn't have a better location but what set it apart was the staff. They were excellent! Their professionalism, attentiveness, and caring service made my stay in Rome memorable. They provided the information and help this tourist needed to explore Rome successfully.

Love this place, specifically traveling with a two year old definitely is not easy.. The staff was so generous and attentive to detail, the front desk as good as the restaurant and bartender. Magnificent location and very clean. I will definitely recommend to others. The price is very reasonable. Thank you so much, Campos Family
