This boulangerie is everything you would expect of an idyllic French baker's. The first thing I bought, for my lunch, was a focaccia with capers, olives, and anchovies, covered in olive oil and herbs, which was simply delicious.
The pain aux raisins was also delightful as dessert, with crispy outer layers and soft, sweet inner layers, crispy outer raisins, and succulent fresh inner raisins. Finally, the croissant was of an excellent structure and texture, if perhaps a little further on the scale toward crispy on the spongey-crispy continuum, but I definitely enjoyed that. I was too engrossed in my meal to photograph the first two items, but as the croissant was an early evening snack, I managed to take a picture.
5/5 would recommend.
