What an absolute gem of a place! For a starter they upgraded room for free on arrival, and to an unbelievable room, honestly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! The garden and pool area is a little paradise spot, with lush greenery everywhere. The staff are lovely and friendly (although to be honest that’s not unusual in the most friendly country be ever been to!!) And to top it off the restaurant Pinakpou is, for the price you pay, genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at….and I’m from London!

The staff at Maison557 were absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly stood out and made my stay enjoyable. That said, I was disappointed with my room (Room 4). It didn’t match the pictures on the website, felt dated, and was extremely dark. It also had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Also, when I booked, the price I agreed to pay was never stated as cash only. This wasn’t mentioned in the confirmation, they sent either, so I was surprised to be charged an extra 3% for using a credit card. It would be helpful if this had been clearly communicated upfront.I used my credit card for 4 weeks in Cambodia, no one else charged an extra fee. Overall, the warmth of the staff was the highlight of my stay. With a few updates and more transparency about payment policies, this could be a truly great place to stay.

This was two years ago but still very memorable. We stayed in a luxury room with a private swimming pool. LouLou helped us arrange tours whilst we were there all of which were superb. When there was a problem with one of the tours she helped us to rectify it. LouLou even called us prior to our reservation to help us with things we were unsure about. The service was incredible. We had a traditional evening meal prepared for us and brought to the swimming pool in the evening. It was really tasty served on a banana leaf. The service of everyone was top level.

I have just spent a week at Maison 557 and enjoyed every minute of it. From the time I stepped in I knew that I would have a lovely time. Kimyon and his team gave me a warm welcome and I loved everything about the place: the style of the property, the gorgeous trees scattered all around the garden, the wonderful restaurant and the very comfortable bedroom. Nothing is too much for Kimyon and he is always available to answer your questions and help if needed. The location of Maison 557 is great and it only takes a few minutes walk to get to the old market, Pub street etc. I can highly recommend this lovely place to anyone who wants to visit Siem Reap

A hidden gem in the very center of Siem Reap! This cosy oasis is calm, quiet, arranged with taste, at short walking distance from the old market and the burstling life of the town. The kindness of the staff and owner are priceless to arrange a beautiful stay in the temple's city!

Central, yet quiet. Huge rooms, roomy outdoor shower (Cambodian weather is perfect for it), AC, free drinking water. We felt very comfortable and relaxed, slept great on the huge bed, and the wireless internet always worked. The ambiance with the bamboo and the pool is very cozy. And of course the staff are super nice. The made-to-order breakfast is delicious, but may take a while, so plan for at least a half hour for preparation.

I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 weeks. The staff were delightful and very attentive. I would recommend the restaurant which serves an interesting selection of Cambodian dishes with some interesting ideas for original dishes. The location is very close to the centre of Siem Reap and the river.

Beautiful place to stay when exploring Angkor Wat. HotelCrew is amazing helpfully, attentively and friendly, good breakfast and close to city attractions. My room was very nice and clean, with outdoor shower. |They organize tours upon your demands perfectly.
