Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites - La Rochelle Vieux Port

Lovely hotel with many facilities, large comfortable rooms, super friendly helpful professional staff, air conditioned rooms all seem to have been refurbished recently. We didn't take breakfast as we found it too expensive at 20 euros per person, had breakfast by the harbour. Great location with many restaurants close by plus good shopping only a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this fist class hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the reception desk, we met the two most helpful receptionists we ever met. These two wonderful staff members are Cloé and Léa, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is lucky to have staff like these two wonderful people. The location is excellent, the decor beautiful, the cleanliness of the entire property is one hundred percent. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Thanks to the entire team.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is beautiful and very cozy, with comfortable rooms, lots of amenities, and above all a perfect location in the heart of the city. Since it’s right in the center, getting there by car and unloading luggage can be a little complicated, but honestly it’s a small detail compared to everything else the hotel offers. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was kind, but especially Léa at reception. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. During our stay we unfortunately had some problems with our car, which affected part of our trip, but Léa made sure we were okay at all times. She offered us solutions, support, and did it all with a smile. Her supervisor was also very helpful and welcoming. Thanks to them, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive memory. We really appreciated their warmth and professionalism. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

A wonderful stay in the very centre of La Rochelle. The location is unbeatable, right in the old harbour with magnificent views of the historic towers. Step outside and you’re surrounded by the city’s best restaurants and main attractions. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish — the perfect place to enjoy the spirit of La Rochelle.

Very beautiful decorated hotel where you feel like at home. Perfect service, superior room was big with beautiful view on the water. Located next to the parking ouest.

Stayed over night in La Rochelle. Hotel lovely and easy access. Many bars, cafes and restaurants around, plus eating in the hotel available. Great starting point to visit to old city.

Probably the best hotel in La Rochelle. Can't wait to be back! Perfect location to EVERYTHING! The staff, food and rooms are absolutely beautifully crafted. You have to walk into the hotel and can't just drive up, so something to remember when bringing your luggage in
