I’ve had one of the worst hotel experiences at Majestic Retreat. On my first visit, I showed my ID and booking confirmation at reception, and was told to “wait 10 minutes” with no explanation. I had booked for 1 day, and when I finally entered the room, the AC wasn’t working. This should have been checked beforehand. I was then given another room — just okay.
During my second visit, I had booked for 2 days and requested an early check-in. I was told it wasn’t available, so we waited until 11 AM. Even then, the receptionist seemed confused about our booking and took 30 minutes to verify it, despite me showing clear proof. No apology, no courtesy.
Worst part — the room given was tiny, more like a hostel, and AGAIN, the AC wasn’t working. This was the third time I faced poor service here.
Totally unprofessional staff, poor room maintenance, and no value for money. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for even a basic level of hospitality. Avoid at all costs !!!
