Had an excellent stay! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming—from the reception to the bellboys, housekeeping, and the F&B team. Everyone truly made me feel at home. I had originally booked the Skyline Economy Room but were upgraded to the Skyline Premium. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Thank you for the lovely stay. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Stayed recently at City Majestic City Retreat. Overall, a decent experience, but with a few things to note: • 🛗 Lift Waiting Time: Quite long, especially during peak hours. Needs better service timing. • ❄️ AC Issues: The air conditioning wasn’t consistent. Took time to cool the room properly. • 🏊 Pool Area: Very small and gets overcrowded quickly. Not ideal if you’re looking to relax. • 🌆 Balcony View: Absolutely stunning! Easily the highlight of the stay. • 🛏️ Room Quality: Spacious, clean, and well-kept. Comfortable for a short or long stay. Good for a city visit if you’re okay with minor inconveniences.

Excellent service by the front office team for accommodating our early check-in smoothly. Special thanks to Geeta and Imanshi for their warm welcome and efficiency. Bellboy Krishan was very helpful and courteous with our luggage. Their professionalism and friendliness made our arrival experience truly pleasant. Highly appreciated!

This hotel is located near sharaf dg metro station which made transportation easier. Most of the attractive places in dubai (burj khalifa, dubai frame, future museum) are nearby. Safety and room cleaning service were pretty good. Coming to the main point, breakfast served there was amazing being an Indian. I really enjoyed the way they attended people and served with atmost care. I would like to thank Chef Mahalingam. He made hot dosas and served with care. The taste of the foods were indeed too good.For Indians this hotel will be a great choice.

I booked 2 rooms for my family for 8 days. Location is extremely good with many supermarkets just a minute away. I was especially happy with the services in the restaurant during breakfast. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Especially Aman, who is very polite and helpful which was extremely convenient for my elderly parents as well. Very nice hotel for stay overall !
