I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for Chef Mahalingam and his incredible team for the outstanding South Indian food experience during our stay. The dishes were absolutely authentic, rich in flavor, and prepared with remarkable attention to detail—truly capturing the essence of traditional South Indian cuisine. From the perfectly fermented dosas and soft idlis to the aromatic sambar, flavorful rasam, and well-balanced chutneys, every item reflected deep culinary expertise and genuine passion. The food was not only delicious but also consistently fresh, comforting, and thoughtfully presented, making each meal a delight. Chef Mahalingam’s dedication to quality and authenticity clearly shines through his work, and it is evident that he demonstrates strong leadership and mentorship within his kitchen. His team deserves equal praise for their coordination, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. The seamless service and consistency across meals speak volumes about the teamwork and pride they take in what they do. This exceptional dining experience truly elevated our stay and left a lasting impression. Please extend my sincere thanks to Chef Mahalingam and his entire team for their hard work, passion, and for making us feel at home through such wonderful food. They are a true asset to the hotel.

Thank you for the service and good stay. Mr. Franklin was friendly and always had huge smile on his face. He was very kind and polite to the elders and kids. Also, the daily cleaning of the room was excellent. I would only suggest to improve your breakfast menu. Some days the taste and variety were not good. And some days were just ok.

The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and always willing to help.||Mr. Nazeer is truly a gem of a person. He is always ready to assist guests and efficiently resolves any issues with great dedication and a positive attitude.||Ms. Sara is outstanding as well. She is highly professional, very supportive, and her seniority clearly reflects in the way she handles guest queries and provides effective solutions.||The rooms are very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The quality of the linen and other in-room accessories is excellent, which adds great comfort to the stay.||All other staff members, including the ground staff, are equally attentive and careful, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.||Highly recommended. I would definitely choose this hotel again.|||-

The food prepared by the chef Mahalingam was outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I especially enjoyed the fresh made hot dosas and kichadi The chef clearly pays attention to quality and detail. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient, with plenty of Indian restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Taxis are also easy to find. However, there are two challenges: The lifts can take a long time to arrive. Breakfast becomes very crowded due to limited space. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and offers good value, but there is room for improvement in managing the lift wait time and breakfast crowd.

Good room good view but the worst Manager Praneet. Instead of understanding the gest request he prefers to Argue and informs others to support his negative views in assisting customers room 812 & 801. Bhavin Shah. Other Re eptiin staff were very cooperative and accommodationg .

I booked this hotel because it was good compromise in distance between city center and airport. We arrived to Dubai after difficult mountain expedition to relax. I saw that at 24 floor of hotel is wellness and spa. I booked pair massage for me and my husband for 610 AED!!! As soon as we arrived to massage room we found out that this place is not for decent people but it is shady place, I didn't expect something like this in Dubai neither in 4 star hotel!!! In massage room was shower, bed, everything ready for something else than real massage. We didn't want to be rude, and wanted to be polite so just asked if we can finish massage earlier, they didn't want, because we already paied. So my husband stand up and act like he starts feeling sick, so we could left after 10 minutes! They even wanted tip by us! Nobody give us money back, they even make jokes about us when we left! It is shame that in Muslim country, in 4 star hotel is shady place like this! Breakfast at hotel are not good, focused just on Indian customers. I get free upgrade for extra big apartment which I didn't even want, when I wanted to prolong stay for one day, I had to pay full price for one more night.

We felt like there were ghosts and devils in the hotel.🙏🙏 I would like to express my experience during my recent stay at the Majestic Hotel from 18 /19 Dec 2025 Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations as various issues affected our comfort and overall enjoyment. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a negative atmosphere that set an unfortunate tone for our stay. We felt like there were ghosts and devils in the hotel. Our room on the 20th floor had significant ventilation issues; the air conditioning was not working properly and we felt suffocated. In addition, the mini-fridge was not working properly, and we encountered plumbing issues in the bathroom that caused both the bathtub and sink to overflow. After reporting these issues to the reception, it took over 35 minutes for assistance to arrive. When a staff member attempted to adjust the temperature, we still did not get fresh air. The next morning, whenever we had to wait 17 to 20 minutes for an escalator and there were only 2 escalators, we felt like we were getting poor service. We went for breakfast and faced a very long queue, with limited seating which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When we finally found a table, we were told by a waiter that we could not sit there because it was not part of their property, which was very surprising and disappointing. Finally, when we approached the reception desk to discuss a partial refund for the remainder of our stay, we were met with indifference and minimal inquiry into our dissatisfaction. It was clear that our concerns were not being prioritized, as the staff seemed more focused on serving the pub customers. In light of these numerous issues, I would like to request your attention and assistance in addressing this situation. I believe it is important for your organization to be aware of how it impacts the guest experience. We finally found another place to stay right away. Please be careful staying at the hotel, there is only negative atmosphere and negative energy there. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
