Perfect accommodation for a family. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. Great location close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and it was within walking distance to CBD, Adelaide Oval, Zoo. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the apartment. Secure parking was gold. Rooms were very well presented and maintained. All utilities were operational in good condition. I was surprised to find the apartment had a washing machine and dryer. Top shelf.

Cute apartment, beautiful courtyard gardens. If checking in after 10pm you have to get a key from a different location several blocks away.
Room smelt very strongly of baby powder, was a bit overwhelming for some family members.
Remember to push the card down twice to make appliances work. We checked in late and missed that detail and so went without till we called reception the next day!
Thursday 1:30am we had a screaming man outside on the street, but otherwise it was very peaceful.

Rooms at TYNTE St location booked but reception & counter service is located at the Old Lion Melbourne Street location, so be mindful when checking in they are not quite walking distance.
The rooms are nicely located in beautiful leafy street in walking distance to North Adelaide eateries and down further, the nostalgic Piccadilly cinema.
Comfortable for a quick stay and corporate facility close enough to CBD.

An excellent accommodation for a stay in central Adelaide. Conveniently on the CBD loop bus route that passes the Botanic Gardens and the Rundle mall. Also only e30 minutes by bus from the airport. Loved the distinctive separate tower (or ward) set up. You missed an opportunity to put me up in the Mills ward! The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette well equipped and the dining and lounge seating options excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Good to see the laundry set up in the bathroom for those longer stays. Only issues were one of the remote controls for the TVs had flat batteries and a baby spider tried to share the bed, probably falling from the cobwebs above. Staff were more than competent and communication from the venue prior to arrival was perfect. The underneath parking garage had only one door operating during our visit which could have been unfortunate if guests were entering and leaving at the same time because sight lines were not good.
All in all would definitely stay again and stay for longer.

Brilliant place to stay, in gorgeous leafy surrounds. Friendly staff. Only down side, a little noisy, finding some people shouting out at all hours. Otherwise great spot.

We have stayed before hence booking again but was disappointed that wifi was unusable and would have been nice to have been advised prior that there was a large group of cyclists staying at the same time who must have owned the property as they rode their bikes in the court yard and didn’t care how much noise they made at 6am also while trying to access the key box on check out I could not get to it as the pathway was full of cyclists and not one apologised or moved very rude. Maybe would be nice to inform guests of these types of groups
There was a lot of football supporters there that made much less noise from both teams

Yelp
Checked in late, in Adelaide for the Eagles. Very friendly front desk despite the hour. Noisy hotel next door but our 'Annex' apartment is large and peaceful. Good location, some entertainment / restaurants close by, and a few more 5 minutes away. Good sized rooms, very comfortable kitchen. Lots of stairs to get to room and very crowded car park. Otherwise a winner.
