This hotel seems to be trapped in the past, with little to no renovation over the years, leaving it far behind modern expectations. While the sea view is a highlight, the drawbacks significantly overshadow the experience.
The layout of the rooms is puzzling and nothing like the images advertised on the website. Key issues include poorly placed furniture (e.g., a sofa and desk awkwardly positioned in the middle of the room), exposed cables (such as an internet router dangling below the desk), and strange design choices like electrical plugs in the wardrobe. The lack of functional amenities, like having just one towel hanger in a 35 sqm room, further adds to the frustration.
The noise level is a major downside. Despite the allure of a sea view, the proximity to the noisy Beiramar road means constant traffic sounds. With no proper window insulation, even earplugs can’t save you from sleepless nights. If peace and quiet are what you seek, this is not the place for you.
To make matters worse, the breakfast experience is underwhelming. It’s described as very basic, with limited variety and an overcrowded dining area that detracts from any enjoyment.
In summary, while the view may appeal to some, the outdated design, noise issues, and subpar amenities make it hard to recommend this hotel. For a more comfortable and serene stay, you might want to look elsewhere.
