Very good location, good rooms, but the check-in experience was TERRIBLE!
Despite the sign on the door saying the check-in is conducted over the phone (see photos), I was forced to put my bag back in the car, drive someplace else to check-in, then back (losing my park right our front as a consequence!). Also, to be clear, it is paid parking to park on-site (although street parking is no problem overnight).
No sooner had I unpacked and was ready to retire I saw 'unhygienic residue and stains' on the curtains right next to the bed (you be the judge, see photos). They were able to send keys to a new room on the second floor, meaning I now was right under the flight path and in the noisy room (there is a curfew on flights from 2300-0600) - you can't hear the planes from the ground floor units.
The lady who came with the keys (the same one from Check-in) offered no apology and no assistance. Her customer service skills really need work, particularly dealing with difficult situations (like working in contradiction to instructional signs, helping people move to their new room).
The rooms were well appointed and reasonably spacious. Saw the housekeeper in the corridor next day who was lovely, friendly and responsive (because someone had walked dog poop up every second step on their shoe).
I booked via GoSplitty, which I would not do again - best price, but least service. Sad that the staff were quite dismissive because I had booked through an alternative site (to theirs).
