Food was okay (got pizzas and cake), coffee was good, everything a bit on the expensive side.
Cosy atmosphere, but the temps were a bit low (inside) and the brand new pile of blankets available(?) for guests to keep warm were still sealed, they looked like they were on sale in a store, so we chose not to any.
No, we didn’t ask the staff about them, because although they technically were not rude (didn’t say anything offensive to us), but they were quite impolite and seemed pretty annoyed they had to work at all. Not only did they not greet the customers, they didn’t even respond to their hellos, it took them minutes to re-appear from behind once someone showed up at the counter to place an order, they gave monosyllabic answers to questions, they brought our food and drinks to the table like they were doing us a favour (there’s a mandatory service charge included in the price).
Overall it was a very underwhealming experience, I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone. Do better, there’s plenty of welcoming options in the neighbourhood.
