Make My Day Cooking Lab

This experience with Wayne was one of the memorable highlights of our trip. It was great sampling some of the local fruits, his favorites from the market and learning some cooking tips along the way! The neighborhood was also a lovely area to stroll around before or after class with a lot of small shops and cafes nearby

We took a market tour and cooking class with Wayne making Taiwanese food and loved it. Started off with a tour of the oldest market in Taiwan where we tried a couple local delicacies. We then went to the studio for the cooking class and made delicious food! Wayne explained lots about Taiwanese culture (and food culture) and was very entertaining. He also provided us with some great cooking skills and tricks. All round a fantastic experience and could not recommend it more.

We had a great experience cooking with Wayne and Make My Day Cooking Lab. He met us at the MRT station and then we walked through the local market getting ingredients for class. Along the way he taught us about local fruit, tea-making, and pointed out the famous Taiwanese actress shopping right behind us! The cooking lab is very comfortable, clean, and modern. We made beef noodle soup, pork and buns, cucumber salad, and had fruit for dessert. All dishes were delicious and we left the class absolutely stuffed. The conversation with Wayne was as fun as the cooking lesson. 10/10 highly recommended.

Had a great day with Wayne learning authentic Taiwanese cooking. My daughter is normally very picky with her food but she absolutely loved all the dishes and ate up everything (especially the Taiwanese hamburger). Highly recommend the course and market tour experience.

My teenage son and I decided to do a cooking class in Taipei and made an outstanding choice with Wayne. We went shopping in the market and learned to make several dishes. Going to do our best to recreate several this week. Grateful for his knowledge, patience, and encouragement. Learned a lot and it was delicious too!

Wayne is patience and professional. He really helps a lot on our dishes and all our activities! Very fantastic experience!
