It doesn't get any better. The room view is wonderful; accommodations 1st class. Staff very pleasant, professionalism. Dinner at this hotel was a wonderful experience. From servers to chef's everything was better than expected. Flavor of our food was executed masterfully. A great treat.

A stunning hotel in a fantastic location. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, the Makedonia team made me feel welcome and at home. The entire hotel is spotless and clean. All the staff are friendly and approachable, nothing is too much to ask. They always smiled and greeted me each day. The food is amazing, fresh and great quality. The pool area is good, plenty of space to relax. My room was stunning. The view and sunset was beautiful each day. My room was refreshed and cleaned every day. Good choices at breakfast and quick service. I didn’t get time to try the Spa but heard great reviews from other guests. I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel and city. We recently stayed at the Makedonia Palace. This is our “go to” hotel when we are in Thessaloniki. ||The hotel is beautiful with a lovely outdoor terrace, pool and an amazing spa!||The staff are very professional, courteous and efficient in all areas of the hotel. I must give a special shout out to the cleaning staff - they are amazing! The entire hotel is spotless and the rooms are always cleaned to such a high standard. The cleaning staff are always super professional and so helpful!||One thing that always puzzles me is why the hotel only provides one bottle of complimentary water in the room….regardless of the length of stay! One bottle that needs to cover drinking water, tea and coffee…..for an entire week! (in our case). It’s the only 5 star hotel that we have ever stayed at that is so frugal with something as simple as water!||Otherwise though, an amazing stay!

Absolutely amazing! Makedonia Palace is one of the most impressive hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of luxury and calm. The interior is stylish, everything is spotless, and the service is truly exceptional. My room was modern, spacious, and extremely clean. But the real highlight was the balcony with a direct sea view. Watching the sunset over the water every evening was simply magical – an unforgettable experience! The breakfast buffet was perfekt: huge variety, everything fresh and high quality. The pool area and the hotel restaurant were also fantastic. The location is perfect right on the waterfront promenade, yet only a short walk from the city center. In short: this hotel is simply next-level. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

We booked the deluxe suite with the view of the sea. As we parked infront of the hotel we were immediately greeted by the staff, they parked our car and kept the car keys safe. The rooms were humongous. There were fruits and baklava on the table, as well as a note from the hotel. The beds were comfy. In the bathroom there were shaving sets, dental sets and many more supplies. The Salonika restaurant had the best food we have ever tried. There was a wide variety of choice at the breakfast buffet and the breakfast was also excellent. If you are not on a budget and want to have the best hotel experience, this hotel is for you.

Amazing hotel, the breakfast is absolutely unreal and unlike I've ever seen with a full spread of local products/foods. Pool is great. Location is close to several shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Would come back again and again!

I had such a lovely experience at Makedonia Palace! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for every guest.|The space itself is beautifully decorated- stylish without being over the top, and super clean. Whether you’re there for coffee, a relaxed lunch, or drinks with friends, the vibe is just right: relaxed, cozy, and a bit elegant.||The menu had some great choices and everything we ordered was delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. |I also really appreciated how fast everything arrived, even though the place was pretty busy.||One of my favorite parts was the little walk you can take along the seafront, it’s such a peaceful way to start or end your day, and it leads you right into the heart of the city.

Nice 2 night stay, we booked last minute and wanted a bit of luxury at the end of the holiday.|we arrived at 1100 and were able to check in straight away! |Pool area was great and we used it both days, breakfast was a good selection but tad cold for the hot choices and as advised before latte coffee you have to pay for.|We had a great massage also !
