The earth's largest natural crater ( makhtesh ), the site offers a range of activities from horseback riding and jeep tours to mountain-bike trails and family excursions. At the visitor center in the city of Mizpe Ramon, guests can learn about the area's unique flora and fauna, such as ibex; participate in special interactive exhibitions; andtake in a panoramic view of the expansive crater, which measures 25 mileslongand 1,600feetdeep, from the observation deck."
