Maki Mart

Located just East of University Ave, on Dundas, this small grab-and-go franchise offers ready-to-go handrolls in various flavours! It just opened today (yay, finally Downtown!) and for the month of March has a BOGO deal for 6 flavours: Spicy Salmon, Jumbo Salmon, Crab Mayo, Roasted Eel, and Sukiyaki Beef. And don't forget their usual deal of buy 3 rolls, get 1 free drink! Not the best handrolls, but for this price point, it hits the spot. Love how the handrolls are packaged so the Nori stays fresh and crispy!

Its so quick and convenient

Really happy about this new location in Downtown Toronto. Such a convenient spot to grab a quick bite on the way to UofT. I tried the Spicy Salmon, Jumbo Salmon and Fatty Toro. Really liked how fresh their new omakase-grade seaweed is.

Great to see a Maki Mart downtown. I always like that there is something at every price point. And the different selection of drinks makes it nice to try something new once in a while.

Affordable and delicious snack/lunch spot in downtown Toronto. I got three hand rolls- all of which were fresh and made a perfect snack.

They pack the rolls with a lot of filling. Very affordable. They have a good deal where you buy three rolls and get a drink for free at a good price. The service is friendly!

A very cute and creative experience! My personal favourites were the Uni toro and spicy garlic tuna! I can’t wait to go back and try more rolls, those really were bites of deliciousness!
