Makū Sushi Bar

Hands down my favorite sushi in Paris, probably in France! I would imagine that it is the closest you can get to Japan’s traditional sushi places. To the point (simple et bon), the place is cute, the staff is great and the food is nothing short of amazing. You would have to make a reservation tho, but it is worth it 100%. Recommendations the Chirashi, the chef’s nigiri selection, the Wagyu nigiri’s and give a chance to the crispy spicy tuna tartare roll, also make sure to check the board’s specials!

Amazing and authentic. The fish was fresh, nice variety and overall excellent. Decor was also very clean and beautiful. Reminded me of the sushi l had in Japan which is rare.

I had an amazing experience at Maku! Even though there was a small issue with my reservation not showing up, the staff quickly sorted it out, and my wife and I got our seats without any trouble. I opted for the Omakase, which was outstanding, an excellent selection of incredibly fresh fish, perfectly prepared. My wife had a nigiri selection, which was equally fresh and delicious. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere is intimate and stylish, with just a few seats, making the dining experience feel exclusive and special. I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend!

Amazing selection of fish. A bit pricy in a simple and rather small space. We booked out table online, but still had to wait for like 15-20 minutes.Anyway the quality of the food was amazing (again)! We enjoyed the food a lot!

This is hands down the best sushi in Paris.. The dynamic duo who happened to be married really deliver on service in a very beautiful, minimalist setting. The sushi is fresh, traditional and always try the daily special. Every person I've brought here is always blown away by the quality of the fish, presentation and sizeable portions. Great execution of the menu.
