Mala Pražarna

Very interesting small cafe with a few seats. Hot inside during the summer. But barista nice and very quick. I tried the ginger espresso which was a cool variation on the espresso tonic. Iced latte was delicious.

It was a super cool place, The barista was friendly and helpful and they had some interesting roasts to try. I had V60 and could choose any of their roasts. Picked some experimental (70+ cold washed roast with a mild citrusy flavour) and it delivered. Not much place to sit, but it's right next to the river so I recommend taking it out and sitting somewhere there.

Amazing speciality coffee shop with superb owners! At the time of our visit we had Costa Rica (black honey process) and we just had to take it with us home!

Very cute and cozy specialty coffee place. Decent menu. They had run out of the croissants by the time we reached (10:30 am). Only thing missing is a real cat 😅😅

The small, cozy vibe makes it the perfect place to meet someone new. Coffee enthusiasts! I think there’s a cupping every Monday at 12:00. Ljubljana has a growing specialty coffee ecosystem — and to me, Mala Pražarna is the heart of it. And if you’re looking to buy some beans for home brewing, Mala Pražarna won’t disappoint. You’ll get fresh, well-roasted coffee that carries the same quality and care you’ll find in your cup at the bar.

Great coffee and a really nice vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into specialty coffee.

For future reference, this is what freddo cappuccino looks like. 5,5€ for a coffee that was not up to standards. The guy was nice, but the coffee was terrible, and expensive for what it was. Cannot understand the positive reviews.

A cozy, welcoming roastery with a relaxed atmosphere and great coffee. The espresso is smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. They also offer a nice variety of other coffee drinks, soft drinks, and delicious pastries. The staff is super friendly, and there’s a comfortable, social vibe—you can easily enjoy your own space or have a chat if you feel like it. A great spot to unwind and enjoy quality coffee.
