Maladee Rendezvous Hotel

A superb experience! I spent a week end with my wife in this georgeous boutique hotel in central Chiang Mai.|Everything was perfect. The service is 5 star: all the staff is consistently doing their best to serve and help you, in a professional yet friendly way. A special mention to Euah and Cho at the Front Desk: thank you for a seamless experience at the front desk. We want also to thank Kong the concierge, who organized a lovely morning for us with a chauffeur. The Food and Beverage team is super nice too: thank you Jeff for your smile and amazing cocktails.|The property is super clean. The pool is large and beautiful. Our room was perfect too: large, quiet and comfortable.|A special to the hotel GM and the owner: don't change anything and keep your staff happy. Because they do a great job with your guests.

This resort hotel truly is superb in every way. We booked it because of the incredible reviews, and we were not disappointed. The resort is exceptional, We stayed for 9 nights and it exceeded every expectation. We’ve stayed at other Chiang Mai hotels before, but the experience at Maladee Rendezvous surpassed them all. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and highly skilled — their aim is to make your stay memorable. We were met at the airport for a free shuttle to the resort as part of our package! They cater for happy hour cocktails at the pool Tiger bar, turn-down service with a nightly drink, a pillow menu, and even handwritten welcome and farewell cards. From 2–4 PM, they serve complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast was amazing, and by day two, they already knew our coffee orders and preferences. On top of all that, the gym was well-equipped, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Everything about this place was just wow. No doubt I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai

We stayed for 6 nights in Maladee, a boutique hotel in the center of Chiang Mai, about a 10-minute walk from the Night Market. The hotel is aesthetic and modern with lovely historical touches. You can really see that a lot of thought went into every aspect of the place and service. The attention to detail, even the smallest ones, is noticeable everywhere and all throughout the stay . The warm and personal hospitality, the beautifully designed rooms, and the quality of the food all add up to a wonderful experience. Everything feels well cared for and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s transfer service is in a luxurious vehicle equipped with electric reclining seats, massage functions, and complimentary water. Breakfast is excellent, varied, and beautifully presented (cheeses, meats, variety of eggs dishs, Asian, vegetables, wonderful coffee & Barista, fresh fruit juices and more) Afternoon tea is delightful, and the lounge offers a cozy spot to unwind with refreshments and light snacks in a calm and elegant setting. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has a large balcony. The bathroom features a big shower and a luxurious bathtub. A minibar fridge is available free of charge. The housekeeping staff speaks English as main staff, and every afternoon, bottles of drinks with herbal infusions and ice are delivered to the room. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming, English speaking staff and memorable stay in Chiang Mai.

Throughout my wife and my experience across in Chiang Mai a week. Even stayed other 5 star hotel of several nights, I still truly suggest everyone should experience this hotel. Their service is exceptional, could feel all the staffs are sincere, always welcome and use the heart to service you. ||As a management, I’m so curious how you lead this amazing team could deliver this exceptional service and deliver the warm welcome to stranger like us, and to easing me to write this long compliment review.| |I’d highlight the lady with short hair who serve my wife and me on Sep 9 before noon time and the young greeter too. Their hospitality, sincere attitude and details of work is really made ours day. Despite we haven’t share it’s our date of wedding anniversary, but the lady still giving us a surprise. |Please keep the excellent work and looking forward to our next visiting. ||Remark: In terms of people, the room of improvement will be giving to a tall mature lady we met on Sep 10 during check out at noon. It’s a pretty nice experience for me and my girlfriend to stay in Maladee for our vacation in Chiang Mai. I can feel the sincere gratitude via smiles from all hotel staffs from front desk to housekeeping. And, the vibe inside of hotel indeed creates a relax atmosphere to all visitors. Maladee also assisted me in room proposal to my girlfriend, which is a strong support when customer has similar requirements. The greeting card written in Chinese also amazes me a lot!! I will definitely pick Maladee if I visit Chiang Mai again. Last, For those who plan to visit Chiang Mai, I highly recommend Maladee Chiang Mai as your 1st choice!

I stayed four nights at Maladee Hotel in Chiang Mai and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant design and a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, highly recommended!

If you end up in 📍Chiang Mai, I would recommend staying in Maladee Rendezvous!||It is a small boutique hotel, that nailed attention to detail and hospitality to the finest! You only thought about it, they have already done it for you.||• You get a spacious room with a comfortable bed and pillow menu ||• basket with welcome fruits and welcome drinks by the pool||• bathtub with salts and a small loofah. Spacious shower area and a DYSON hairdryer!!! Frizzy hair girls, will understand my excitement!||• outside balcony area to sit outside and a rack for drying your clothes||The food here is absolutely fantastic. It is made to order, so instead of a boring buffet you actually order what you would like off the menu and they also do complimentary afternoon tea with fresh fruit and cakes!||The staff is so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for you!||This is not a PR or AD, the hotel room was paid for by us, but given how amazing our stay was, I just could not keep quiet about this place! We have stayed in many luxurious hotels before, but never got such hospitality and personalised treatment!||We are leaving tomorrow, but I really hope to be back here soon, as it has been simply amazing!|.

Simply said we LOVED this hotel! Every one of the staff members were so accommodating. We felt very taken care of. The hotel is located within walking distance of local shopping/markets, food of all sorts, spas, plenty of temples to view, and it is close to a boat ferry. We would stay here again if we return to Chaing Mai.
