Discovered Maldita Barra, a charming café/wine bar in Barcelona, and had an incredible brunch experience! I ordered a flat white and their focaccia with mortadella, ricotta, rucula, sun-dried tomato, and caramelised pistachio—and wow, it was absolutely amazing! The flavour and texture combination was spot on—creamy, savoury, tangy, nutty, and fresh all in one bite. One of the best brunch dishes I’ve had in a while. If you’re in Barcelona, you must try this focaccia—it’s unforgettable! ✨ Friendly service, great vibes, and a lovely place to start your day.

It’s a nice, cozy place with good food. We tried the ceviche, the truffle milanesa, the smashburger, the hummus plate, and the sweet potato with jamón ibérico. We also ordered asparagus, but it never arrived, so we ended up eating the milanesa without a side dish. Everything was good, but nothing exceptional. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and the tiramisu. the tiramisu was pretty mediocre, but the cheesecake was really good.

The space is very nicely decorated, it's a lovely space modern chic and trendy. When we arrived we patiently waited to be offered a table ordered some drinks and food. We ordered pork belly with fries, sweet potato bravas, mortadella plate, olives, rosemary focaccia, mojito and a beer. The foccacia was very good 4* Sweet patatoe bravas decent 3* Mortadella honestly was very lackluster not sure if it had been cut earlier an was dried out just 2* Olives decent 3* Pork belly and fries although looked appealing it was just very bland and dry 2* Mojito 3* Overall not overly impressed with the food but willing to come again and try their brunch menu. For me the decor is great but the food is lacking

This cafe caught my attention as I walked past. Aesthetically it looks really nice and it’s well designed. Unfortunately that’s as far as it goes. I ordered the poached eggs and pork belly. I thought it sounded like an interesting combo. Unfortunately it was a very dry bagel with some pork belly slapped on top and an egg. Even with the egg yolk, it was still very dry. The pork belly was quite tasty but didn’t go together and was difficult to eat. I also ordered a matcha latte and I have no idea what the drink was that arrived. Frothy milk and some green slime at the bottom of the cup. The staff were not friendly and just about engaged me enough to take my order. Maybe a great place to come and work and grab a coffee but I wouldn’t come back here personally.

What a place! Super good wines. Very friendly staff. Mauro helped us and gave us good advice. Also very good knowledge about allergies. The chicken was the best I ever had. Will return 100%

I really recommend coming here! Been here a few times now and loved the coffee and food. Ive tried the grilled chicken, grilled avocado and so on, and everything was delicious. The vibes of the place is pleasant and the staff are really kind.

It was lovely to have lunch at this place. The food quality was exceptional and the whole experience was fantastic. I recommend grilled organic chicken with sweet potato puree

We arrived at 10:30 Sunday morning. One third of the food on the menu unfortunately ran out, not leaving us many options… Huevo truco was very nice. Big comfortable space loud music
