Maleny Tropical Retreat

Wow, we have found our new place to escape to. Ken and the staff are super friendly and offer genuine aussie customer service. The views overlooking the malany mountain range are breathtaking day and night. The rooms are spacious. Love the twin shower's and the spar bath with the views. We will definitely be returning for our next escape.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary trip, and it was phenomenal. Ken and the team are so welcoming and friendly, the villa we stayed in (Seminyak) had the most phenomenal view, and the location is perfect. It was a super quick drive to town and to the national park. The amenities in the villa were exceptional - and the breakfast supplies provided were generous and yum. Extremely happy with our stay, and will be staying there again the next time we visit the area.

Our large family stayed in this beautiful house. It was magnificent, it had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and roomy bedrooms and living areas and beautiful garden. Contact was easy, added touches were very welcomed, from fresh flowers to heaters on when we arrived. The house has stunning federation details and is beautiful maintained. Would love to stay again. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a pre baby night away and we absolutely loved it, the owner was so kind and lovely and our room was so big and clean. We loved the spa on the deck and the privacy we had from the balcony. We enjoyed a fire at night as it was chilly and the bed was very comfy. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants close by within driving range and enjoyed our breakfast that was in the fridge for us, catering to gluten free :) Obviously this is not a five star resort and everything is supplied by the family who owns the villas so it’s a very homey feel and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really didnt want to leave.... This is our second stay. Last time we stayed in one of the B&B rooms, this time we stayed in the Sanur villa and we are even more impreseed than last time. |Besides the alwalys changing view, the comfy bed, the fully self contained kitchen with breakfast basket, the glorious shower we always had firewood supplied. Ken and his staff are a credit to this beautiful property. Oh and can i mention the deck spa!!! If you need a tranquil getaway dont look anywhere else. Its close enough to great eateries,( theres a coutousey bus to some) yet private enough to feel as isolated as you want. Cant wait to stay again.

Had a wonderful few days on site. We were well looked after and provided with an excellent breakfast pack for those two days with higha quality locally grown food s. Brewing coffee with single and double sized plungers. Fire wood delivered daily for the wood heater. Comfortable rooms and excellent linen. Will be back.

Want to relax then this is definately the place. This is our second stay, we opted for the Sunar villa. Last time we stayed in a B&B room. Well apointed, great views with everything you need. Be as secluded as you like or take a trip to Maleny or Monteville villages just short drives away. Cook on the bbq, in the full size kitchen or grab one of the coutersy buses some resteraunts have. Weather tuned rainy? No problem, take a relaxing spa on the deack watch the changing scenery with glass of wine. The snuggle up with the wood heater. Ken and staff have an amazing place and nothing is too much trouble. Do your self a favour and visit Maleny Tropical Retreat !

Fabulous site with large, stand alone villas that are well equipped and comfortable. Views from the balcony were spectacular. Our villa had both a double shower and double spa bath. The full kitchen was well equipped and breakfast essentials were provided - the locally produced yoghurt has brilliant. Highly recommended.
