During my visit I encountered significant issues with both your staff and facilities. When I approached the information desk for assistance, the staff member was engaged in a personal phone conversation and showed no willingness to help. This is unacceptable behavior for someone whose role is to provide support and information to visitors.
Furthermore, upon leaving the mall, the car park was completely blocked. Vehicles were stuck for an extended period of time, and no communication or explanation was provided as to why the delay was occurring or how long it would take. This lack of organization and information caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
