Mallige Residency

I have been staying here since 2 months. Every week I stay here for my business trips, but today morning when I woke up and was looking at my things, I noticed that it had been used by the housekeeping staff. This feels very creepy and unethical. None of the hotels I visited has ever touched my belongings, but the experience here was very bad. I don't have trust with them now. I have cancelled all my booking for next visits. Kindly take action against the members who did this...

I recently stayed at mallige residency, and the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Since we had an existing booking, they promptly recognized us during the check-in process. A particularly thoughtful gesture stood out—when the receptionist noticed my Aadhaar card cover was broken, he kindly fixed it while scanning the card. Such attention to detail truly impressed me. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the room service was outstanding. Every request was met with prompt and courteous assistance, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight of our visit was the complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful treat. It featured authentic, flavorful dishes that were both fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and hospitality.

Good room, ok staff, very old school Liked · Location of the room, ok staff, clean rooms. Enough parking. Even space for overnight parking. Disliked · Has some old school policies, like no outside food allowed - reason "they have there own restaurant." . During breakfast my little one did not want to eat so I packed some in a box for later. The hotel staff said that parcel is not allowed for breakfast buffet. More other hotels are giving breakfast on the go.

Hotel is very clean. Staffs are helpful and Courteous. Restaurant ( veg ) food is tasty. Chats are good. Ambience is good

Chutney was spoiled at 11.30 am should have been served. Even after informing no action was taken by the person who supplied

My booking was confirmed through mytravely a week ago and I get a call just 5hrs before checkin that it is cancelled. Now i need to search for another hotel in short time at inflated price. Hotels tie up with all different online providers and customers need to suffer

Rooms are neat and well maintained Breakfast was good too Staff is very friendly Would highly recommend this place!
