Malostranska Residence

Perfect location. About a 20 minute walk from old town. I don't mind the walk. It's a nice area with other touristy things to do. A lot of mini markets and tourist shops in this area still. Near that popular bridge with the statues. The apartment was beautiful! It was nice and clean, everything seemed to work well. They provided all necessary things such as laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dish soap, silverware, tea, coffee, toilet paper. They replaced towels daily! That is a nice feature. I liked that they cleaned the apartment daily too. My room had a balcony and it was really pleasant to drink coffee and observe the streets. The bathtub water pressure was not good, but it was okay everything else was PERFECT and COMFORTABLE!

My husband and I were there. Marketa…a manager got my husband’s phone number and kept contact. After a few months, she sent him pictures of herself almost naked. I loved the hotel but I am still in disbelief. I have pics and texts to prove it. All my previous reviews have gotten taken down by her.

Lovely decorated appartment, verry clean, nice and helpfull staff. and .... what a view!!!|Second time we've stayed in the Presidential suite on the 3rd floor. Will become our 2nd home in Prague!

Be very careful staying here, the owner is a lair and will refuse to communicate no matter how times you call from Australia trying to fix a client's booking. The property made a serious mistake, voucher and online booking dates were correct, family of 5 arrived to NO apartment available for the first night and refused to refund the $750 paid for the first night when the booking was wrong at their end. I chased a refund for weeks and weeks. Instead of just admitting they had the wrong dates, then decided to accuse them of tearing a blind and was taking the money. Disgraceful service. Feel so sorry for the staff member left to deal with the incompetent owner. ALL you had to do was refund YOUR mistake....

Be aware. My husband and I went here for a vacation. Marketa, the manager got my husbands phone number and started messaging him, wanting to follow his location and sent half naked pictures of herself after we left. What was what I thought was such a special vacation turned into a horrific memory. I truly despise this woman who was also in a relationship supposedly. She preyed on my husband, becoming a stalker.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of Prague. Everything you need is just a short walk away—two convenience stores within 100 metres, a mini food market nearby, and plenty of coffee shops and breakfast spots all around. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city, with all the major sights within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, and the staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again—such a gem of a place!

This hotel is a surprise in Prague! It is very close to the Charles Bridge, but it is quiet in the downtown area and convenient for cooking. There is a bio supermarket nearby where you can buy vegetables and meat to cook in the hotel. The night is very peaceful. The staff are very friendly. The scenery outside the window is also very good. The room is spacious and tidy. I felt a bit reluctant to leave. I will come again.

What a wonderful place to stay in Prague. We stayed in the large 3 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was big with a great big table. The living room was also spacious. We visited during a very very hot week in August and the air conditioning worked perfectly and made our stay very pleasant. The 2 bathrooms were sizable and well kept. One of the nicest places we've stayed as a family in Europe. The location is perfect. Close to everything, but quiet at night. The staff helped us deal with the airline when one of our bags was lost and saw to it that we got it delivered quickly once found. I can't say enough nice things about this terrific suite hotel.

Our stay here was magical. If you want to stay somewhere centrally located in Prague in a hotel with a ton of charm this place will not disappoint. Our jaws dropped every time we turned our heads in Prague and our stay at The Malostranska was jaw dropping as well. It was a beautifully unique experience and if we ever have the chance to return we will with out a doubt stay here again.

Such a wonderful and hospitable hotel. This review is on behalf of my husband who took our daughter on a trip and stayed here. Clean, friendly, central and extremely accommodating. Cannot wait to go back and stay in a family suite. Thank you!!

Our family of 4 stayed in a corner unit Presidential Suite, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was stunningly beautiful. We can't afford to live like this so once in a while we splurge. Very spacious and clean. The clothes washer and drying rack was very helpful. We had a view of the Charles bridge and the Praha Castle. We purchased & used the breakfast vouchers the first morning, there was a lot of food, unfortunately, the quality was average. There were minor glitches in the unit during our stay, dishwasher was broken, the washer was in a hallway closet - the door was not able to open all the way and I could barely open the compartment to add detergent. There were many restaurants/cafes and shops in the area. The building is very secure and the front desk staff was very friendly and gracious. Fortunately, we had great weather so we kept the windows closed during our stay, there was also AC in the unit which we did not need to use.
