This is a fabulous place to stay in Prague. The accommodation is full of character and very well equipped. Although it is within minutes of the Charles bridge it is quiet and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and there is always someone around during the day. They arranged a taxi to and from the airport. The weather was very cold during our stay but the apartment was warm, almost too warm!

What a wonderful place to stay in Prague. We stayed in the large 3 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was big with a great big table. The living room was also spacious. We visited during a very very hot week in August and the air conditioning worked perfectly and made our stay very pleasant. The 2 bathrooms were sizable and well kept. One of the nicest places we've stayed as a family in Europe. The location is perfect. Close to everything, but quiet at night. The staff helped us deal with the airline when one of our bags was lost and saw to it that we got it delivered quickly once found. I can't say enough nice things about this terrific suite hotel.

This hotel is a surprise in Prague! It is very close to the Charles Bridge, but it is quiet in the downtown area and convenient for cooking. There is a bio supermarket nearby where you can buy vegetables and meat to cook in the hotel. The night is very peaceful. The staff are very friendly. The scenery outside the window is also very good. The room is spacious and tidy. I felt a bit reluctant to leave. I will come again.

Beautiful hotel in a really exceptional location. It’s quiet but just steps away from everything. Definitely consider the penthouse for the incredible views and the little rooftop terrace. Nothing like watching the sunrise over the old city from your bed. Very comfortable rooms and well equipped with everything.

Great place to stay. We loved the feeling of staying in a historic building that has been kept beautifully well. Of course there are many improvements one can suggest but by itself, it's a lovely building. The reception is not manned all the time and certain amenities need to be upgraded. Overlook all that - great place and good staff

I am a Travel Agent based in Australia, I booked this property for a family of 6 in August through a very reputable supplier. Voucher and online booking dates live on the system were correct, guests arrive and the Presidential Suite that was booked was incorrect in their system. They paid around $750 per night and only able to utilise one night. Its now 10 days later and zero response to my emails, no apology and refusing to provide a refund for the first night when supplier called them. So disappointing as this place is one of my favourite to book. Will be sharing with everyone to be very dubious about booking. a family of 6 on a one in a lifetime trip to Europe.

Had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were lovely and cool despite the high temps outside (over 90 F). Having a retractable cover over the gorgeous floor and ceiling windows was fantastic to keep heat out while we were out during the day. Loved having all the glass to see the skyline in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the gorgeous views of St Nicholas Church and the Prague Castle. Such a great area to be in. The tram stop was right across the street, and there were tons of restaurants nearby. Charles Bridge was a stone's throw away. The staff was lovely, and Tereza in particular was very helpful to us. Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment (we stayed in the presidential suite). Very spacious and clean with stunning views (ask for an apartment with view to the church). Apartment has everything, well-equipped kitchen, great beds, laundry machine, nice balcony with view to the church. Staff was very helpful and friendly. All rooms but one had air condition. Perfect location in Mala Strana beautiful neighborhood, close to Charles bridge, Lennon wall, the fortress. We'd love to come back!

Yelp
Our stay here was magical. If you want to stay somewhere centrally located in Prague in a hotel with a ton of charm this place will not disappoint. Our jaws dropped every time we turned our heads in Prague and our stay at The Malostranska was jaw dropping as well. It was a beautifully unique experience and if we ever have the chance to return we will with out a doubt stay here again.

Yelp
Such a wonderful and hospitable hotel. This review is on behalf of my husband who took our daughter on a trip and stayed here. Clean, friendly, central and extremely accommodating. Cannot wait to go back and stay in a family suite. Thank you!!

Yelp
Our family of 4 stayed in a corner unit Presidential Suite, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was stunningly beautiful. We can't afford to live like this so once in a while we splurge. Very spacious and clean. The clothes washer and drying rack was very helpful. We had a view of the Charles bridge and the Praha Castle. We purchased & used the breakfast vouchers the first morning, there was a lot of food, unfortunately, the quality was average. There were minor glitches in the unit during our stay, dishwasher was broken, the washer was in a hallway closet - the door was not able to open all the way and I could barely open the compartment to add detergent. There were many restaurants/cafes and shops in the area. The building is very secure and the front desk staff was very friendly and gracious. Fortunately, we had great weather so we kept the windows closed during our stay, there was also AC in the unit which we did not need to use.
