I am not sure why the reviews are not reflecting the food and service, I experienced here. The food was great and French. The Tomates alinado was so good that we had to have a second order. Service was fast and nice. Loved the avocado too. If you can sit outside as the plaza is so nice, but inside is very comfortable too. It is no cheap, but since it is in this plaza, I would not expect it to be.

The painful experience of being ignored… when the food isn’t even worth it… Hello folks today am going to save you from a bad experience if you follow my advice with this place: DONT EVEN BOTHER What a weird experience… from being ignored throughout the entire dinner to the disbelief on how poor the quality of some of the food was. We were a group of 4 and ordered a few dishes to share. I had to stand up and approach the bar tender almost on everything we needed. Even when asked for a hit more bread or to remind them of the drink we ordered, I still had to ultimately stand up approach the bar and ask directly the person behind. The star I am awarding is for the efforts made in the kitchen. I sadly can’t grant any more stars as the quality of the food was poor. One thing I have to be fair is that at least, prices were not too inflated. So I guess you get what you pay for right? Location is good yeah… so I guess that if you want to have just a drink with your friends out in the terrace you should be good. As far as having dinner here, forget it. You will be struggling to get a good service. So yeah, if you own a bar/restaurant and you’re reading this shaking your head thinking am a jerk… may be you should realice that owning a restaurant means being there all the time making sure the service and quality are up to your standards. And if you’re sick, you should let someone of trust take care of it and run it for you. But when your own staff doesn’t think too high of you then you know you have major problems. And that is translated into unsatisfied customers that will not return like me.

Ok quality, but don’t even think of touching the chipirones

Madrid’s finest! The Restaurant, (not the bar) that’s were we went to heaven and back! Absolutely outstanding!! BRAVOOO! Tiradito de Corvina, Carrillera, Tomatitos in ginger salad, Burrata purée, cheesecake, brownie with banana ice cream!!! MADRE MÍA WHAT FLAVORS AND HOW TASTY AND FRESH! Reserve in advance and DO NOT MISS THIS EXPERIENCE! Seriously THANK YOU! Total extasis shock! Service was perfect and the flow of the food order was great and timely, we will defo come back!

Great service! They are dog friendly, brought us some water for my dog. We only had drinks and thought they were reasonably priced and the menu looked good. I’ll be back for sure.

location is great, the waiters are ok but the food is sooooo bad. we got the escalopiños for my kid, and they were dry and old, the puerros were terrible, very old, it felt like they had been waiting to be served for a few days. the burger was ok. perhaps is a good place to have a beer or a coke, but nothing that comes from their kitchen.

Mama Campo was great! We would give it a 4.5. The terrace is awesome (right in Plaza de Olavide), the inside is equally beautiful and they have healthy, organic food. The pumpkin gnocchi we had was AMAZING, the fish was good, and the dessert, although not exactly what we expected, wasn't bad. They also have an organic grocer's around the corner to buy healthy fruits, veggies, etc. to take home!

Came in for lunch with a reservation for 3 people. Took over 90 minutes to get us 3 hamburgers "al punto" (medium). See picture attached: completely raw meat that wouldnt even pass sanitary controls. After complaining, we got the same hamburgers back another 15 min later. Better cooked, yes, but bitten and all mixed up (unclear wich was whose). It took us complaining a second time to get fresh burgers properly cooked.

Buen lugar al que ir, la carta varia en función de la temporada, lo cual es llamativo y variado. No siempre tienes que comer lo mismo. Los productos son frescos y la atención muy buena. Los platos tienen un toque especial que los hace únicos. El ambiente es muy curioso, la decoración es realmente impactante, está diseñado por numerosos diseñadores y todo es único. Recomiendo si esta en carta carbonara de algas, es impresionante!

Terrible service, the waiter repeated our order then brought the wrong things. We were blamed by the manager. Everyone else got bread with drinks, we were brought none, even thought it's was on the menu. I got the distinct impression that we were not that welcome as soon as we sat down, I think maybe this is a local only place or the waiter with the tiny chin beard is xenophobic.

We just happened to stop by for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. Wry cute place with excellent healthy food. Wonderful curvina as well as the eggplant salad. My wife had croquetas de manzana y ajoporro (leak) which was great. If you are here it is a great place for a cute fast lunch.
