Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype I would not recommend visiting this place. Despite the hype, my experience was extremely underwhelming, both in terms of food quality and customer service. The staff seemed indifferent, and even after multiple follow-ups, no action was taken to address the issues. You’ll likely get tired of asking for help — and still receive none. Here’s my honest rating of the items I ordered: Chilli Chicken – 2/10 Manchurian – -1/10 (it was burnt) Fried Rice – 2/10 Chowmein (Noodles) – 2/10 Chicken Roll – -1/10 (had a bad smell, seemed spoiled) Mughlai Paratha – 8/10 (probably the only decent item) Lachha Paratha – 3/10 And to top it all off, the plates were quite poor — I’ve attached a picture of the plate for reference. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and customer service.

Good selection of tasty foods. We ordered chicken momos, chicken biryani and chicken seekh kabkbs with mint lemonades. Not too spicy for foreign palates. Casual atmosphere. Good service. Reasonable prices. Would recommend

We tried chicken momos. They were very average. We ordered tawa chicken with roti. The taste was good but it was very oily.

We visited Mama Chicken Mama Franky at night for dinner and ordered Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Fish Tikka Masala, Butter Naan, and many more dishes. The food was excellent in taste, and the staff was very kind and friendly. The service was so good that we decided to visit again in the morning. Highly recommended!

"This place feels overhyped. Tried the chicken roll, which was just average, though the mutton seekh kebab roll was quite good. Unfortunately, the waiting time was far longer than expected, and serving food in low-quality disposables was disappointing. Overall, a lot of mismanagement that takes away from the experience.

I know every person haa different food taste but recently i visited agra and try their mutton galoti kebab parota , chicken roll , food was below avarage , and only good thing was their parota then i packed some food after reaching my hostel when i eat their chef special chicken kurke type something that chicken was expired they sell that to us and their food was so so unhygenic please avoid eating here ! Forget to click the other pictures but please avoid going here !

Tandoori momos not good.. mutton curry full spicy.

Found the place in Sadar Bazar in Agra which is a must visit for non veg food lovers. The food meets the expectations and validates the rating on google. I tried the Chicken Tikka, Tangari, Galouti kebab, briyani etc. The taste was good and portions were also moderate.
