This has become a standard restaurant for our days night itinerary. We ordered Baked Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce for our appetizer. Jessica was our server. She made me a homemade lemonade since I don't like it from a fountain. Great service. I ordered the Lasagna. My wife ordered Chicken Valdostana. The level of service provided by Jessica makes us happy each time we come. The food comes out perfectly every time. I would highly recommend this location!

First time eating there tonight and I was IMPRESSED! Server was fantastic and attentive. She made an excellent recommendation on both drink (red sangria) and main dish. The food was so good. Bread came out with the oil dipping sauce plate thing (it's a technical term, go with it) and was flavorful and the bread was piping hot and amazing. She crab soup .... cream of crab soup .... I forget what they named it on the menu but ORDER IT. I want a vat of this soup. It was full of crab and freaking delicious. Main course was sticking with the seafood theme... shrimp & scallions in a creamy mustard sauce. I forget the title on the menu, but go order it. ITWASSOGOOD. 15 stars. I will be back. I need more soup. There were like 10 other things on the menu I need to try. And I need more soup.

Jenny was very attentive and friendly. The bread, and Shrimp Scampi were awesome, very delicious. The sauce for my scampi was so tasty. The noodles were yummy and way different from franchise restaurants. My dish was a real Italian shrimp scampi.

Stopped off for lunch today. Atmosphere during the day is as expected, low key and kinda bright. I imagine it's much more "atmospheric" in the evening. Anywho, our service was great and prompt and attentive. For an appetizer, I went for Mussels Caprese. Basically mussels absolutely slathered in butter and (I think) spinach? Could have been nori by the flavor. Still, good stuff. Not much there for the cost ($16). I also had a Caesar salad ($4). Then I went for the baseline Lasagna. Notice the meat gravy isn't so much a gravy as it is a thick meat soup. It was flavorful, but....but.. for me, from an Italian place, I do expect the gravy to be a bit more gravy-like and less soup-like. Idk if that makes sense. I mean. It tastes good, don't get me wrong. Probably just my dumb 'murican brain today. Anyway. I noticed a seafood crepe on the menu. That will be my next try. And yes, yes we most certainly will be back. 😊 So, if you're looking for local Italian, you know where to go. Check out Mama's!

Omg the food and the service was immaculate. Nice big portion sizes and wonderfully tasting food for the price. A wonderful menu that can accommodate allergies like gluten and mocktails to match. Our server, Austin, was very sweet and always had a little joke and a fun attitude. Kudos to him and his wonderful service making this experience that much better. Answer every question we had and was just all around a fantastic server. The place is well decorated with plenty of cute paintings to catch the eye, and quiet music to vibe to. Overall, I will be coming back, and telling everyone I know out this fantastic place!

Walked in for an early dinner without a reservation. Young lady at the door was friendly and we grabbed two seats at the bar. Our bartender (faith) was personable and very friendly! Made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us regularly. We enjoyed the complimentary bread, calamari and shrimp scampi! The calamari could be a little crispier, but everything tasted light and fresh. Food came out a little slow considering it was a slower night, but the pace allowed us to digest between courses. Would recommend this restaurant for those wanting to experience Newnans little piece of Italy!

I had a small wedding ceremony and decided to come to Mama Lucia's for our intimate dinner. The staff is so helpful and communicative. Kristy was the manager that helped us out and she did a fantastic job. They were really open to working with me on the menu, and although we stayed in the main dining room instead of the private room, they still put up some foldable walls to block off from other guests. It was truly so amazing. Everyone was in love with their meals and particularly the Salmon( most of my guests had this and they loved it). Also the servers so extremely sweet and communicative as well. Awesome staff. I could go on and on but I'll put a stop here! Thank you all from Zach and Liz:)

Staff, waiters, and Manager were all very friendly. We came in with a party of 13. Each of us spent about $40 per plate before tax or tip. Portions were very small for Italian. Food was good, but not worth the cost. (Had Calamari, Steak Gorgonzola plate, tiramisu, and coffee. Atmosphere was soft lit, with decent jazz, but didn't feel fancy at all. About like a diner. Won't go back unless someone else is paying again😆
