Mama Shelter Luxembourg

My first time there. Absolutelly love it! Comfy, clean, modern and delightful rooms. Staff super friendly and eager to help. Restaurant gets my full recomendation. The stay was too good that I bought some merch for my gf. Thanks Mama!

Location relatively easy to find. We have a business function here with 30 people. The food here was excellent. Price is a bit on the high side but we didn't mind as the food was so good. The facilities were very clean. One big disappointment was the bar service, not only our guests have to wait for their refill of drinks, when I ask the bar person and waitresses to give us more attention to get the reordering quicker, they gave me a dirty look....not impressive on that front so knock 2 star off.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional cartoon-themed design - playful, unique, and full of character. The location is excellent, with easy access and convenient parking. Our room was spacious, well-ventilated, and very comfortable. As pet owners, we were pleasantly surprised to find two bowls provided — thoughtful and much appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommended for both families, couples, friend groups and pet-friendly travelers looking for something fun and functional.

Nice hotel well located for business stay. Easy to access city center with free tram. We appreciated the quietness and nice boulangerie. However after 4 days we still haven’t received the reimbursement of the check in deposit of €100… I don’t understand why it’s not done during check out and handover a copy of the cancellation charges…

We stayed at Mama Shelter Luxembourg for one night last month and it was wonderful! The staff were fantastic, especially Stéphane, who checked us in. He took his time to explain everything and gave us great directions as it was our first time in the country. The location is perfect as it is halfway between the airport and the main square by tram and easily walkable. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and we loved the design. The little touch of my name written on the bathroom mirror was such a lovely surprise. We will be returning to Luxembourg at Easter and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A quirky hotel in Luxembourg. The hotel is situated in the new part of the city but it has very good transport connections. Or you can just walk. The rooms are good with all the necessary amenities. There is a bakery downstairs with good selection. Staff is friendly.

I felt very good in this hotel. The choice of food at breakfast was varied, as a vegan I could choose, whether fruit, vegetables, pastries, jam... I also didn't miss anything in the room, it was cleaned every day, honestly. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The availability of transport and the possibility of getting to the center or the airport were absolutely without problems. Nearby is a beautiful park, the walls, where you can relax or walk. You will also find the Dräi Eechelen Museum, which is free and closed on Mondays. I even found a forest path that I could use to get down to the city. A great hotel with an exceptional atmosphere! The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location is also excellent – both downtown and the airport are easy and quick to reach. Would definitely stay again!
