Fantastic, fun hotel in the midst of Kirchberg, 2 minutes walk from Philhamonie tram stop, 16 minutes from the airport and 10 into the Grund. Very quirky, with lots of little touches and an excellent bar. Sunday brunch is a must, as is the boulangerie, which serves excellent coffee and a range of delicious pastries. You must try the raspberry croissant - it's sublime! Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Though we initially struggled to find the entrance in the dark, cold, and rain - the entrance door didn't look obvious and we though it was the restaurant entrance (which it was). We arrived early but were able to store our bags while we explored the city. Booked a king room, were placed on the third floor, room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable with 2 soft pillows each. Good air-conditioning. Good variety of channels and free movies on the TV. Excellent shower. Couldn't hear any external noise. We really liked the hotel branding. Breakfast was excellent - great variety including hot and cold options, coffee was great too. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and that was fantastic. Location was perfect, located near bus and tram stops so very easy to get into the city or airport. I would not hesitate to return.

Nice hotel well located for business stay. Easy to access city center with free tram. We appreciated the quietness and nice boulangerie. However after 4 days we still haven’t received the reimbursement of the check in deposit of €100… I don’t understand why it’s not done during check out and handover a copy of the cancellation charges…

Our flight got canceled and they compensated us a room at Mama Shelter! I’m so glad they did because it was one of the best nights spent there. Love that they’re super abstract, modern, and chic. Upon entering, it was like entering a mini art gallery. Staff were nice and professional. The hotel has a luxury restaurant and bar upon entering, it was pretty amazing, and below they have a sit down bakery and cafe. I wish I took more photos of the place but it was quite an experience. The rooms were lovely! Best shower I’ve ever had! 11/10 recommend. I’d love to stay there again if I’m ever in town. Till then, let’s travel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Luxembourg. It’s well located in Luxembourg and is right next to a tram stop too. The hotel has a fun, modern design and you’ll enjoy your stay from start to finish. Friendly reception staff and a good restaurant. The in house bakery is a great touch. The rooms are comfortable, modern, stylish and well furnished with a great bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. |Accor Platinum members note though that this hotel doesn’t offer you a free welcome drink even though you’ll receive vouchers in the app. This is a bit weird and should be addressed by hotel management.

A very interesting concept of the hotel and if you’re not aware before hand you might be as surprised and a bit shocked at first. Some things may seem rather unusual. The room was clean and well made, modern and furnished whilst. The restaurant is atmospheric and pleasant, the food was good. We ordered mortadella and burrata pizzas and two cocktails. Although I think the size of burrata could be a bit bigger and thinner on the outside shell, I think it was very filling and enjoyable.

Well designed and equipped rooms, friendly staff but the NOISE! I was on the 1st floor and the music from the bar was so loud - you could hear every word of the DJ set, no chance of sleeping. I asked to be moved in the morning and was moved to the 5th floor but still not silent, you could still hear it! Not a hotel for a light sleeper that’s for sure. Comfortable, good breakfast too (if a bit steep at €26) but if you need quiet to sleep this is not the place for you.

This is a review of my recent dining experience. The welcome and service I received from Lamia was some of the best I’ve ever had. She was so friendly and engaging and told me at the end of the meal that she was on a trial period as a waitress. If her management are reading this - HIRE HER..!
