Mamagoto

We ordered the chicken wings, nasi goreng with chicken satay, and spicy salmon sushi. The wings were okay, nothing special. Nasi goreng was our favourite! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the rice was so good it left us wanting more. Sushi was decent. It is on the pricier side, but worth visiting if that’s okay with you. Complimentary prawn crackers were a nice touch. Service was also good.

Went to this place through a booking with zomato for dinner. Parking is amply available. Went out to dine for 2! Firstly the place is located within the gully/ lane, and has a small yet homely entrance once the door opens. Their staff is very courteous and professional. We were served and catered for by Ms Sunita Bali, and team and strongly applaud her for being courteous, warm and prompt at her explanations, recommendations with the dishes. Don't be surprised by the costs, as it is worth the quantity and quality. We ordered an Aunty's Veg Platter and Mama's chicken Broth for the Hungry soul. Very delicious, sumptuous and filling meals. Once again, thank Ms Sunita and the team for a good experience at Mamagoto.

Yum Yum Cha told us it'll be a 30 min wait to get a seat. We were glad we decided not to wait and moved on to Mamagoto instead! Mamagoto's service, ambience and food was great. We weren't looking for a full meal, so we tried the following dishes and drinks: - Chicken & chestnuts siew mai - Street style spicy chicken siew mai - Chicken spring rolls - Red sangria Alone they already tasted pretty good, but what made them great were the different types of chilli sauces that came with each dish. We had probably 8 types of sauces in total that came with the dishes, and as a Chinese person who loves her different types of sauces, I was delighted. I was tempted to try the other dishes but I really wanted to dim sum to be the last flavour, so maybe here's to a next time!

Love the dumplings and chicken in Schezwan sauce. Must try the coconut pork dumplings if you like lemongrass

Mamagoto was superb!! I cannot exxagerate this enough. I'm a fan of Pan Asian as well as very specific about the taste and quality. They excelled my expectations. The mushroom Uramaki and the Mushroom Bao were both amazing. The Green Thai Curry was good too. Loved the Ramen Bowls! Amazing experience overall.

Tried their "mama" cocktail & was good. The bao is ok ok but the pork skewers were great. All dishes were sumptuous. Good presentation and very nice staff. Tables for 2 felt tiny but they cannot do much about it. I guess if they would have moved to table of 4 or 3 would have been great!! Too small toilets.. Guess they can't do much about it. Honored booking.

Visited Mamagoto after quite some time. The food is delicious as always. Compliments to the chef on keeping the standards up. Steamed fish was finger licking good, chicken Thai curry was delicious. The sauce that they serve with the papad is amazing and we land up ordering more of the same. The service needs some attention so that the customer is not left wanting Overall a good experience Would rate it 7 out of 10 Enjoy the experience
