Mamaison All Suites Spa Pokrovka Hotel

The hotel room was incredibly disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with dust on surfaces and stains on the carpet. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. The room was also poorly lit, making it feel gloomy. The bathroom was outdated, and the water pressure was weak. To make matters worse, there was constant drilling noise early in the morning, making it impossible to get any rest. The hotel should have advised about the noise before booking—it's unacceptable. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Poorly managed.

The hotel rooms were very clean times they kept front area is very clean in the little park where you can sit and relax. The spa was very well taken care of. And the exercise room was clean the pool and all the amenities were very clean and taken care of. The hotel is very good with dealing with someone that was not from Russia. They helped out where they could. The spa was very good with dealing with translation. And did as they were asked.

It is really very perfect place. The location is wonderful. You can find lots of coffees and restaurants around this hotel. The staff are very very hopeful, kind , smiled and decent staff. I really like them all. The breakfast is normal, but the dinner is perfect I really recommend this place to live at.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. The hotel was clean and well-maintained corridors. The reception staff was not welcoming at all, especially the lady at the reception.

Modern, clean, well appointed hotel in Central Moscow. Straight 30 minute walk to Red Square and much shorter walk to some very good restaurants and bars. Traffic in the centre of the city is diabolical, so learn how to use the metro!||My room was very nice, with a lounge, kitchen and nice bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Considering it is a large hotel, it is very quiet. As others have said, breakfast is pretty good. The waitresses were very nice and helpful.||One minor and obvious criticism is that it is pretty costly for a room, and in my case to my surprise I even had to pay for breakfast.||Overall, Moscow is a nice place to visit. The centre has been cleaned up and there is much to see. The quality of food and drink in many of the restaurants is excellent.

We booked a two bed suite as we thought there would be four of us in our party, but actually only two of us travelled. The rooms and lounge areas were quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the spa was disappointing - the pool was cold and only 1 out of 6 massage/jets were working. We booked primarily so we could use the spa facilities. Location wise it’s about 30 minutes walk to Red Square, and 10 minutes walk to nearest metro. There’s a supermarket on the way to the metro so if you want to cater for yourself you could. Our kitchen facilities were pretty good. Overall it was ok, but expensive for what we had.

We booked a two bedroom suite and were upgraded to a Presidential suite which was perfect, lots of space and most importantly a very comfie bed. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a high standard and again the restaurant staff were really good. The cottage cheese pancakes well worth a try with raspberry jam. A good find.

Nice hotel in comfortable location. In only 15 minutes walking it's possible to be in city center. 10 minutes to the closest Metro station. Full of nice bars and restaurants in the surroundings. My room was spacious, clean and with nice furniture. Bathroom was completely new with big shower. SPA has little pool, sauna, hammam, solarium and massage center. The only cons was mattress, not so comfortable.
